Muito bem equipado!

A localização do imóvel é óptima, perto de transportes públicos, supermercados, restaurantes... É fácil e rápido chegar até ao centro da cidade. O apartamento é espaçoso; a cozinha é equipada com diversos utensílios - o que facilitou imenso a estadia. O contacto com o Tiago foi simples, ele esteve sempre disponível para tirar as minhas dúvidas.

Excellent stay again

Second time here in a short while. Everything as before. Lovely apartment, close to everything you need. Couple of minutes walk from the Metro. Close to an excellent supermarket, restaurants, cafes and pastelarias, Only 4 stops on Metro to the sights of Porto/Gaia, but an easy 15 minute stroll too. Kitchen was well equipped, bed very comfortable, plenty of clothes hanging space. Bathroom is good, although shower may not be the most powerful, but fine for us. Although close to the metro line and a main road, traffic noise was not too bad (apart from a motorcyclist burning up on a couple of evenings! Tiago was a mine of information, on sights, restaurants etc and very quick to reply to messages. Certainly value for money. We will be happy to stay again and tell friends and family about the apartment.

Comfortable stay in easy reach of all the main attractions of Porto and Gaia.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable in a safe environment. It was close to shops, an excellent supermarket, great bakeries and cafes. The view from the window was not great but a minor detail. It was close to the metro and a major road but the noise was minimal as it was at the rear of the building. Very comfy bed, plenty of stuff for self-catering. Only 5 metro stops from the main part of Porto, but also an easy 20 minute walk too, Tiago was very helpful, even recommending some excellent restaurants locally as well as in our next destination of Aveiro. Will be back!

Un séjour de rêve

Nous avons été reçu très agréablement, l'appartement très bien, tout était parfait, dans un quartier merveilleux, tranquille proche de toutes les commodités, idéal pour nos sorties car proche du métro. Nous n'avons qu'un seul souhait pouvoir de nouveau dans le futur revenir et louer cette location.

Great little apartment really well located.

Tiago was a great host and was very helpful about where to eat, visit etc. Porto is lovely and the apartment is just far enough from the main centre to make it quiet but convenient. Well recommended for a visit!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour une visite de Porto .Il est très propre et bien agence . Les commerces à proximité sont bien pratiques après une journée de promenade Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles , leurs renseignements et conseils nous ont été très utiles. Um imóvel prático, da vontade de voltar.

Eu gostei muito, é prático e aconchegante, tem tudo que é necessário à porta, supermercados, metro, lojas e alguns restaurantes. Pra mim foi uma estadia magnífica.

Appartement moderne très pratique d'accès, pour les courses et pour visiter Porto.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé dans résidence moderne, très près du métro et à 1,2 km du centre historique de Porto (15 minutes à pied). Un super marché et un grand magasin avec Hyper marché sont juste à côté. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif que ce soit pour l'accueil initial ou pour donner des renseignements et répondre aux e-mails ou SMS. Détail important: le mobilier est neuf ainsi que les équipements et le matelas du lit est excellent. Nous avons donc passé un très agréable séjour à Porto qui vaut vraiment le déplacement.

Confortável par um casal e extramente bem localizado

Apartamento tinha tudo o que necessitávamos. Bem aparelhado e limpo. Os arredores são cheios de restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias. O El Corte Inglês e o metro estão a cerca de 80 metros.
