You will be staying 25 minutes from the airport and 800 meters from the village of Rivière-Pilote.
A villa downstairs with 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with entrance and parking; well equipped, with an exceptional view of the sea while having breakfast on the terrace 2 steps from the superb beach of Anse Figuier and not far from the ecomuseum. The villa can easily accommodate 6 people with the sofa bed in the living room for large families or groups of more than 4 people.
This lower villa offers an ideal setting for holidaymakers looking for a quiet area while having quick access to visit the south of Martinique. The marina of the port of Marin is only 10 minutes by car,

1. On climatise porte fermée et on ne la laisse pas tourner inutilement 2. Quand on laisse la maison on éteint la climatisation
3. On ne rentre pas à l'intérieur avec les pieds plein de sable, on se sert plutôt du robinet extérieur à droite sur le mur de la cuisine.
5. On pourrais vider la poubelle en quittant les lieux le jour de votre départ. 6. On pourrais essayer de pas faire trop de bruit après 22h00

Bon logement avec un accès difficile.

La location est spacieuse et bien équipée, néanmoins 2 points importants sont à signalés. 1 - l’accès au logement se fait via l’allée de la maison qui est très pentue. Cela a été difficile pour ma maman âgée. cela devrait être indiqué dans l’annonce.2 - la machine a laver n’est pas dans le logement mais dans la partie commune avec la propriétaire et accessible uniquement quand elle est là. cela a posé quelques problèmes durant notre séjour.Sinon le lieu est très proche de l’anse figuier, plus belle plage de la martinique.

Beautiful island

It is a good house. But, you have to buy everything, even the garbage bags. No cleening staff. The kitchen is very poor. It says that the house can accommodate 6 people. In reality there are only 2 bedrooms and no living room where can stay another 2 people. One bedroom is with 4 beds. Plus, the owners were not honest with us. The listing is for 6 people and we were 2 couples, but at the last minute they charged us for the second couple. The beach where the house is located is not the best, especially after the rain. Personally, I would not come back to this place. But Martinique is a beautiful place to visit!

bienveillance et gentillesse. tout est conforme au descriptif, par conséquent à nos attentes, grand et bel appartement à 200m d une très grande et belle plage. Évidemment nous reviendrons en fin d année lorsqu à Cannes la température diminuera. Encore merci à vous deux

Très agréable appartement sur les hauteurs de l'anse du figuier

Bel appartement confortable de deux chambres (dont une spacieuse et aveugle toute bien climatisées) au RDC d'une belle villa avec des propriétaires très accueillants. Magnifique terrasse pour déjeuner et se reposer avec une magnifique vue mer. 5 mn à pied de la plage de l'anse du figuier. Très agréable séjour. Merci aux propriétaires.
