Overlooking 18th green - Long Meadow CC. Close to the golf course, but not too close. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Rotonda West. This adorable pool home has five new smart TVs, with a freshly painted coastal theme and has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. This house features high ceilings, split floor plan and open concept, Great for entertaining. Screened double entry way walks out to oversize 8 foot sliding glass doors to the lanai and pool area. Other sliding glass doors are conveniently located in the Main bedroom for a quick swim, sunbath or movie night in the lanai. There are several golf courses within a 5-minute drive. The Gulf beaches are just a 15-minute drive away. To the south, Boca Grande has beautiful beaches with blue water and a quaint downtown with lots of dining and shopping options. To the West on Manasota Key, you'll find Englewood Beach and several restaurants.
