To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (if authorized), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
1 only small dog allowed ( less 7 kilos). Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

Superbe vue

Très bon accueil du propriétaire des lieux. Vue mer très appréciable. Appartement parfait pour un couple. Il ne manque rien. A proximité de la mer et des commerces. Tout peut-être fait à pieds. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

FeWo ist schön gelegen, gemütlich. Leider gibt es für Gäste zu wenig Platz, z. B. im Schrank, in der Küche und im Bad, da hier sehr viele persönliche Dinge der Besitzerin zu viel Raum einnehmen.

superbe emplacement -

studio refait à neuf et fonctionnel. La vue est du matin au soir un régal. Une remarque: un peu moins de petits meubles, d'objets de décoration et de plantes nous laisseraient un peu plus de place. La terrasse arrière très fleurie est agréable.
