In "La Maison du Poulverel", old stone house completely renovated, the cottage "Chez Paul and Jeanne" can accommodate 6 to 8 people. This large house actually consists of 2 cottages functioning as 2 terraced houses, which can be rented together or separately. Each part of the house has its entrance and terrace.
The part "Chez Paul and Jeanne" is distributed as follows: on the ground floor, a living room consists of a living room and a dining area with fully equipped kitchen and family table. Two glazed doors open onto the terrace and the large flowered garden with trees. An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is 1 bedroom furnished with a large bed, 1 other with two twin beds, and above the attic furnished with 2 twin beds with a reading corner. The bathroom is next to the two main bedrooms, and the toilet is separate.
At the same level as the rooms is another separate bedroom with shower room and toilet, served by the central staircase of the large house. Please note that this room is optional and is not included in the rate for 6 people.
Outside a shared independent room for the whole house, with a small water point, allows different uses, but parties and parties are not allowed.
The house has a large shared garden, in which is located a private speech therapy practice in a separate building, and it is easily accessible.
The rooms and the living room are air-conditioned, the kitchen is equipped, there are places to park, a flower garden, greenery, near Anduze: 3-4 minutes by car, 20-25 minutes on foot for the bravest taking the shortcuts ...

Nearby the Bambouseraie, the Desert Museum, Trabuc caves, tree climbing parks. Further Nîmes, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, the beaches ...
