This 3 bedroom unit is fully loaded with everything you need for the home away from home. The master bedroom has a King bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 also has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city.


One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab!


Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain and a 5 Star Alyeska Prince Hotel if you decide to overnight in the area. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining (snowmobiling).

We had a hard time with lockbox but we were all older so operator error rather than facility. The condo was perfect- clean, safe, convenient. The beds were comfortable an̈d the bathroom had toiletries and the washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets. Craig was very responsive and the cleaner and maintenance man were also very personable. Wed stay there again.

This was a very cute, well equipped property. Check-in was easy, we definitely felt safe during our stay and the place was spotless! Everything we needed was provided. It is located conveniently near the airport and several restaurants, one being the owner’s, which I highly recommend. Would definitely book with Craig again!

Other than the toilet needing repair (we had to be very careful not to overflow it), this place was great! Everything that we needed for a week-long stay was provided. The security made us feel safe at night (the neighborhood seemed safe but the extra security was appreciated). Would stay here again.

This unit is a small apartment close to the airport, it has everything we needed for our two month stay working at the airport, close enough to bike to and from lake hood.

Decent little apartment
Best friend & I stayed at this apartment for a short visit with very short notice. Overall it wasn’t too bad. The lack of internet available was annoying, but the place was clean. The kitchen could have been stocked better with cookware & utensils, but we made do. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest as there were hookers on the corner at night & easily discernible drug deals going down nearby as well. We didn’t have our kids with us so we weren’t concerned with the area. If you’re looking for a fairly quiet & clean place to stay it’ll do the trick.

Close to airport
The property is close to the airport and in the heart of Anchorage. There is a park near by but no outdoor space for the apartment. The house was very clean and a great space. Kitchen doesn’t have anything extra but enough to make your stay functional. We had great weather and a great stay. The internet you have to pay extra for, so download any movies prior to your trip, if you want to watch movies during your stay.

Very clean unit, lots of space. More than enough beds. Blackout curtains were fantastic. Our only issue was the “limited use WiFi” (aka no password unless you ask for it, and it cannot be used for streaming) however there was cable.

First thing I noticed upon entry was that the unit was very clean and smelled nice. The carpets were really clean and soft. The bathroom and bedrooms were nice and clean too. I liked the location of the property since it was close to what we wanted to see in Anchorage and there was great parking right outside the unit. There was plenty of space inside the unit for our small party of 4 but more could definitely fit and still be comfortable since there were 3 bedrooms and the beds and couch were comfortable. Perfect and inviting! If I ever end up in Anchorage again and need to stay somewhere for more than a night, I will definitely pick this place again. Also, I highly recommend this place to any who are searching for somewhere to stay in Anchorage.
