Quiet Studio Apartment only blocks to Downtown St. Petersburg and close to the Gulf Coast beaches. This studio apartment is completely separate from the main house and is separated by landscaped gardens. The apartment has a private deck and off street parking. and is located above a garage that is used only for storage.

Recommended stay of 30 days or more.

The Studio: Open and bright space that has recently been updated. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless appliances with quartz countertops and has all of the essential kitchenware for a long term stay. Soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy an evening drink on the private deck. When you are ready to call it a night, there is a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Central Air and heat provide a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. There is a washer/dryer available for longer stays. The studio has 1 off street parking space. Please note, must be able to climb stairs to access the studio apartment.

St. Pete Getaway

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway in St. Pete! The location was great and situated in a quiet neighborhood with short drives to downtown and the beach. The property was exactly as described and included everything needed for a short stay or even an extended stay. We would definitely stay again when visiting St. Pete!

Place that has it all!

Andy’s place was simply amazing. The incredible use of space was truly wonderful and welcoming. We had everything we needed and we were there for 20 days! We rode our bikes on awesome trails, walked downtown to the st patty’s day festival and the st Pete pier’s, several parks and lakes to enjoy! We are beach people and went to the beautiful beaches almost every day. St. Pete’s, treasure island, Madeira and Indian rocks all beautiful and unique in there own way. Only a 20 - 30 min drive not bad at all The apartment was so lovely just like described on the app. The deck was amazing, cozy and private. Wonderful vacation!

Adorable spot close to downtown

The property is in great condition and well appointed. I truly appreciated the well thought out space with all the items we need to prep a few meals including a few spices. We loved the deck as a spot to sip coffee in the morning. Would stay again.

Peaceful, good location!

The owner was prompt in communication and the location is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The property is clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for a weekend away. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked again before we left!

We had stayed here before and had a Wonderful Time…when it came time for another getaway we knew immediately where we would like to go. Luckily our dates were open and we booked again. The space was as wonderful as the last time…clean, well provisioned, private, and close to the St. Pete waterfront (via Uber or bike). The bed was incredibly comfortable…the deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee…we got more than we paid for and can’t wait to return again! Thank You Andy!!!

Great and comfy stay!

My SO and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we couldn’t have been more happy with our time there! All the directions for the check-in and check-out process were clear, and the studio was set up perfectly for us to stay there! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit the St.Pete Area!

Fantastic Get-away

My husband and I could not have been happier with this lovely vacation rental. It is immaculately clean and modernly equipped with a full kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well. We were greeted upon arrival by the owner who gave us some helpful local tips on areas to visit. So many attractions were conveniently located. This property has a great balcony surrounded by trees and we really enjoyed spending the evenings sitting and drinking under the night sky. 5 star all the way!

Lovely studio!

This rental is so cute, clean, and beautifully decorated. The deck is surrounded by greenery and trees and felt very private. It has everything you could ask for with a home-away-from-home. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay in the sun.

Really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped, well furnished with some nice additional touches. Veranda was a big bonus. A fair walk to the waterfront but we're over 60 and did it regularly. Andy could not have been more friendly and was extremely helpful. Parking spot right outside which was reserved for us. Hope to return another year.

Great studio apartment!

We were down for a week in St Pete and Andy’s place was perfect for us. Couple mile walk to downtown, mostly quiet neighborhood, and we used the new bus to the beach (Sunrunner) which worked great. Andy answered questions quickly and even had beach towels and chairs for use. Thanks Andy, we hope to see you again!

Pleasant place for a 3 week stay

This studio is very nice. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small with just a corner shower and pedestal sink. The water pressure is low. There’s a little storage in a cabinet behind the bathroom door. Kitchen had the necessary items. Nice table with two chairs. Small couch for tv watching. Has Roku so easy to stream. Nice deck with chairs. Yard is smaller for the apt. He has a puppy so he keeps it closed off but my dog was able to go in the bigger yard at times. Very cute puppy! The location was great and easy to get everywhere. Nice neighborhood to walk my dog.

Very cute and comfortable

I truly enjoyed staying at this property. It's located in a very nice neighborhood, only 2 miles from the pier. The interior was immaculate! There are lots of nice touches that make the apartment comfortable. The outdoor porch is a real bonus-very private and a great place to sit and enjoy coffee and a good book.
