Very sunny house with views of the sea and mountains, in the bay of Alcudia, very quiet area on the coast of the natural reserve of the Levante Park. From the house and the garden you can see the sea and the sunset over the bay of Alcudia.

The house is 1 sola ground floor, has 3 rooms 4 seats (+1), garden and private parking, fully equipped.
Bath towels, beach and bed linen are supplied. Cleaning before and after the stay is included in the price.

From the house you have access on foot to many virgin coves where you can enjoy a clean and transparent water, fish or do water sports, you can also make mountain excursions such as going to the hermitage of Betlem where you can enjoy beautiful views.
4Km away is the town Colonia de San Pedro for supplies, restaurants, playgrounds, port, etc. 16km away is Artá, a beautiful historic town to visit with “Ses Païses” prehistoric town and the Artá caves, don't miss them !.

A 10-minute drive away is the beach of Sa Canova, a virgin sandy beach 2 km long.

Moments suspendus à Betlem

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans la maison de Marta. On s’y sent très rapidement bien, au calme; la maison est au top pour une famille de 4 avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Betlem et la région offrent un cadre idyllique pour ceux et celles qui veulent s’éloigner des foules, prendre le temps de vivre dans une partie de l’île encore préservée. Nous espérons qu’elle le restera encore longtemps.

Perfect hideaway

Marta's little house in the peacefull village of Betlem is everything you need for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday-life. Perfectly equipped until the coffee in the cabinets and the beach-equipment in the patio, and very lovely decorated with much care for every detail, we spent an amazing time in Betlem. Great hiking opportunities right behind the house (some quite adventourous, as there are only few designated path). Beaches can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes. The little Calas in the sourroundings were not apt for bathing when we were there due to strong waves. We will come back :)

Tolle, ruhige Gegend, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Betlem verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Reihen-Eckhaus, ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gemütlich. Man kann 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verwenden. Davon sind aber nur 1 „klassisches“ Schlafzimmer (Elternzimmer). Es gibt ein kleines Badezimmer und eine Außendusche „hinter“ dem Haus. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten vor dem Haus mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer und in die Gegend. Betlem ist ein ruhiger Ort, ohne Hotels und mit nur einem Restaurant, wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Restaurant „Casablanca“ hat eine schöne Außenanlage mit tollem Blick auf Meer und die Gegend. Das Essen war zu unserem Zeitraum (Corona-Jahr 2021) eher durchschnittlich in Qualität und Preis. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Es gibt ein kleines Geschäft im Ort, in dem man die notwendigsten Dinge kaufen kann, wie z.B. Wasser, Brötchen etc. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist die „Hausbucht“. Eher geeignet um die Kanus zu Wasser zu lassen. Diese sind aber recht schwer zu transportieren. Highlight des Ortes ist aber der schöne, kleine Strand „Cala na Clara“. Diesen kann man in etwa 15 Minuten durch einen schönen Pinienwald erreichen. Am Ende muss man noch einen steilen Weg durch die Klippen nehmen. Hier braucht man dann an manchen Stellen auch Hände und Füße um weiter zu kommen. Der kleine Strand ist allerdings (hauptsächlich bei Einheimischen) sehr beliebt und zur Hauptreisezeit tagsüber ziemlich voll. Urlauber, die hauptsächlich am Strand liegen wollen, werden hier vielleicht Platzprobleme bekommen. Uns ging es aber immer nur ums Schwimmen. Das Wasser ist kristallklar und schimmert in vielen schönen Blautönen. Auch der Blick und die Atmosphäre mit den Pinien an den Klippen ist wunderschön. Wegen der Beliebtheit des Strandes ist der Ort tagsüber zur Hauptreisezeit oft „vollgeparkt“. Als „Geheimtipp“ kann man den Strand also sicherlich nicht mehr bezeichnen. Wer aber eher Abends oder früh morgens schwimmen geht, findet den Strand dann deutlich ruhiger vor. Die Vermieter (Michael – spanisch/englisch und Marta – spanisch/französisch) sind freundlich und stehen bei Problemen hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Betlem und auf Mallorca verbracht – jenseits vom großen Trubel - und würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cadre et environnement très agréables !

Petite maison mitoyenne tranquille, bien équipée, où l'on se sent bien et qui plus est, dans un endroit encore relativement préservé, belle vue sur la mer, environnement très agréable. Très bon accueil de Marta. Merci !

vacances loin de la foule

la maison est très propre, bien aménagée, et reste fraiche même en été. L’accès à la mer est très proche. Le village de Betlem se situe loin des foules de touristes ce qui correspondait parfaitement à notre attente. Très bon contact avec Marta, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup

Dépaysement total

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Marta. La maison est très accueillante, confortable et bien équipée. La localisation est exceptionnelle, avec la vue sur le cap formentor et ses merveilleux couchers de soleil... on accède à la plage en contrebas par un sentier en 2 Minutes. Merci pour les kayak! L'endroit est très calme, propice au repos et la détente. On a tous adoré!

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger tourismusfreier Zone

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Das kleine Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Zum wunderschönen Kies-Steinstrand mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergangsblicken sind es zu Fuß 2 Minuten. Zum Restaurant 1 Minute und zum sehr kleinen aber gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt ca. 5 min.
