Perfect accommodations for a visit to the area for a golf event at Pinehurst Resort, convention at The Carolina Hotel, wedding at The Fair Barn, shopping in the Village of Pinehurst or the town of Southern Pines. Great for all kinds of groups. Centrally located for quick access to all area attractions and a mile and a half from the Village of Pinehurst for shopping, evening dinners and nightlife! Golf packaging available at most area courses.
Parking is first come first serve. Home includes drip coffee pot. Located on 2nd fl and does require steps.

Pinehurst Golf Trip

Overall, this was a quality location and place to stay for a golf trip. The only issue we had was that front door and patio furniture was covered in pollen. It would’ve been. It would’ve been nice if that was cleaned for us as we would’ve liked to have spent more time out there.

Great little quiet condo in proximity to all things Pinehurst. Would recommend a cleaning of the HVAC system and ducts. Plus some roaches were emerging from the kitchen sink. Would book again. Great value for location

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a bug problem and I can not recommend any guests stay here. There were large cockroaches crawling on the floors and climbing up the walls. Response from the rental agency was that this is normal for the area and has refused to apologize or offer any refund. I have stayed in other rentals in this area and never had this problem before so it is not due to the location.

Nice property with great #3, hole18 views. Had an issue when I arrived, couldn’t find the email with the code to get in. No response from the owner, service’s messages were full. Finally got in touch about 1/2 an hour later….not good when you have to pee!

Long weekend in Pinehurst

This unit has a beautiful view and is well updated. Beds were super comfy. We wished the fridge had an ice maker. The outside stairs are very steep and not the best choice for older people, like my friend, especially with luggage. Good place to stay and quiet

The rental agency moved us to this unit after our initial unit on Pinehurst number 3 (Pine Valley condos) had the A/C go out. House was nice and well kept, and the response from the rental agency moving us was appreciated
