3 BR with Private Hot Tub and views of the slopes in prestigious Lakota!!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath townhouse with attached garage and awesome views of the Winter Park ski slopes! The ski parking/drop off area is incredibly close, only 0.6 miles door to door! You can even see the gondola running out your window! Private 8-person hot tub just. 1 car garage with high ceilings, so SUV with a ski/snowboard rack will often fit in with equipment remaining in rack!

Large flat screen TVs in the family room and all 3 bedrooms, with Comcast/Xfinity high-speed wireless internet. Each TV has a Roku Ultra device for streaming all you favorite content with popular apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney Channel and many more (logging in with your account is required for each app, but Roku TV is available for free providing live TV for many popular shows).

Master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed as well. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds. A roll-out bed is also available to add an extra bed to bring the total number it can sleep to 9. A pack and play is also available in master bedroom closet. The unit is large at just over 1,740 sq ft, with plenty of room to sit in the family room. Also has a deck with outdoor table and grill.

Easy access to Winter Park Lift bus system. Key-less entry, so no need to stop anywhere to get keys.

This unit was lovely. Great location with a short walk to the shuttle stop and a quick trip to the Winter Park base. Return trip was a bit longer. The beds, linens, towels were top of the line. Kitchen was well stocked. There are two beds in one room, plus the two kings. The description reflects three beds in one room. The hot tub was appreciated.

Great place on all accounts except mattress in the upstairs primary. Sleeps like a bowl so if you have a poor back, this wouldn't be your best choice. For the money, a better mattress would be lovely. Everything else was PERFECT.

Perfect Condo for Family Getaway
Condo is just as described. Great location with views of Winter Park Mountain. Condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Space was perfect for our family. Clean and easy to use hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Would stay here again upon return to WP.

Excellent property! So close to the LIFT bus stop - last stop before the drop off at WP! We LOVED the hot tub everyday after a long day on the slopes! Can't say enough...we are picky and all 7 of us said - best place we have ever stayed!

Eric and Shanna’s property made for a fantastic stay for our group. The property was even better than expected, very clean, perfect location to get to the lifts, spacious, and had everything we needed as far as kitchen and bedroom amenities. They were very responsive and accommodating hosts, I would 100% stay again!

The Perfect Winter Retreat
We stayed at this condo during the winter for a snowboarding getaway and some much-needed relaxation, and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a cozy home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Winter Park Resort, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. After a full day of snowboarding, the hot tub was the ultimate treat. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-covered views was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to ease sore muscles.The living area was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were so cozy that we slept like a dream every night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare hearty meals, which was great after an active day. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the views of the snowy surroundings added to the charm.The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. Everything about the listing was accurate, and the condo exceeded our expectations in every way.If you're looking for the ideal spot for a winter getaway in Winter Park, I can’t recommend this place enough. Walk to shuttle not bad at all, no car needed. Skiing was incredible, as was the view from condo. Hosts were terrific, place is spotless. Great trip, thanks Eric and Shanna
