The air-condition is throughout the apartment. Decorated in a classic contemporary style. This apartment has three bedrooms and three full baths, two plasmas TV, one in the living area, and another in the master bedroom, and Wi-Fi access. There are restaurants all around, including Plaza de Santa Ana a block away. Corte Inglés feet away, Gran Via.
This location it’s been an impressive location for travelers interested in tapas, architecture and parks. This beautiful apartment sleeps up to 6 people, including couples because the main two bedroom are on opposite sides of the apartment. All remodeled, new kitchen with all new appliances, new bathrooms.

Outstanding location and property

Couldn’t ask for a more centrally located property. Spacious, clean, convenient and overall perfect place to stay. Easy access and check in. I would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you once again Beatriz and Maria Eugenia.

Trés bel appartement plein centre

Appartement très spacieux et très bien situé (à 300 m de La plaza del sol). Tout est neuf aussi bien le mobilier que l'appartement 3 douches, 3 toilettes. Super accueil à l'arrivée. A recommander (sauf si difficultés pour monter les étages car pas d'ascenseur.
