My accommodation is located in the residence Nettle bay beach club, close to restaurants, bakery, supermarket. The duplex is located directly on the beach. You will appreciate my accommodation for outdoor spaces, brightness and the neighborhood. The residence has 4 swimming pools (2 rebuild and 2 in construction in 2020) ). You will enjoy the water activities nearby. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families, there is 2 separates bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room.
It is possible to take the bus however schedules are random, so it is better to plan a car rental to enjoy the best of all activities and landscapes of the island.

Condo was as beautiful as the pictures. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, both with feet in the sand at the end of the patio. St. Martin has stunning beaches and fabulous food. Will definitely go again.
Nous avons adoré notre 1er séjour à St-Martin. Le logement était central et situé près de toutes les commodités. L’accueil de Julia fut formidable, elle était toujours disponible et réactive. Tout etait conforme à l’annonce et nous recommanderions ce logement!
Loved being able to wake up and just walk to the beach with a coffee in the morning. The resort was very quiet which was perfect for us. There are also a few restaurants, a cafe and a grocery store walking distance away. The closest town is just a 10 minute drive away.
4th time in St Martin, but the first time staying at a beach location. Very peaceful and quiet! Great view and even better at night. Nice to have grocery store and a great restaurant along with the Fench Backery all within walking distance.
We loved our stay here at NBBC. Pictures are exactly what to expect. It was so nice having the ability to walk right outside and smell the sea, feel the breeze and have your feet in the sand. We never needed the air conditioner. We kept the windows open upstairs in the bathroom and could hear the ocean, palm trees blowing and the rain at night. We loved the balcony as well. There was plenty of dishes and we never wanted for anything. We recommend the pastry shop and Mezza Luna just right down the street. The little market down the street also has everything you might need. Such a wonderful experience.
We stayed two weeks at this property. Good view of ocean from large outside teakwood deck. The view could be even better if a hedge could be removed, don't know why it's there. Deck had a 6 person table and chairs and two comfortable lounge chairs. Kitchen had a microwave in a cabinet 6 foot tall. Very strange and dangerous to try and remove a hot item. Other wise kitchen was great.
A bad thing happened to us. We were robbed of a few hundred dollars during one night. It was part our fault. The robber was able to fit his hand through a louvered window and unlock the door because the keys were in the door lock. Always remove the keys.
The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Overall it was a great stay
This complex features several buildings which accommodate up to 5 - 1 bedroom units. We rented the up and down so we had a full one bedroom apartment with large living room and full kitchen on the main floor, with the upstairs, 1 bedroom studio apartment for the upstairs so we ended up with a generously proportioned 2 bedroom, 2 story unit. We loved the outdoor deck - views of the ocean, sandy beach and a couple of mature of palm trees for some natural shade. There are places right on site to slip into the ocean from a sandy beach. 2 of 3 pools were open in Feb 2020. The apartment was well stocked, lots of dishware etc. We would certainly stay there again.
Apartment was very nice and newly renovated after hurricane Irma as described. Good amenities. Good location. Had to be careful not to use too many appliances at the same time or breaker would blow, but we got used to it. As long as there was juice for AC at night, we were good!
Much of the property grounds were still under construction. Understandable on an island still recovering from a hurricane.
