location very good. pictures not up to date. big gap under door, small animals and insects could come in. the gap has been there since 2023 still not addressed. flicking track lights, very annoying. slow responding to issues.
Location was great! Very close to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. Room was clean and spacious enough for two people, w a small kitchen and fridge if needed to cook.
Overall very happy with our stay here. The condo was clean and exactly as described, this was perfect for 2 people. Just steps away from waikiki beach and close to everything else on the strip. Location was perfect. It was great to have a kitchen, wifi worked great. We have no negatives!
This property is well located with easy access to shops, dining and the beach. We had a comfortable week long stay. If you are planning to cook, make sure you pick up basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. The unit has 2 beach chairs which is really nice. Would happily stay again.
We had a great stay. Had everything we needed in the room including plenty of towels; bath and beach, as well as beach chairs and kitchen items. The room windows are facing the alley, so be sure to close them at night because the garage trucks come early. We had a great stay and would book again.
The place was a cute studio near the zoo end of Waikiki and a block to the beach. We walked everywhere. We didn’t cook meals, but had snacks mostly here. Kitchen tiny and not really set up for lots of cooking if one wanted to cook most meals. I though the location was great easy to walk everywhere or jump on a bus
Clean, comfortable, but noisy condo close to everything.
The room was updated, clean and had all the necessary amenities for a Waikiki stay. The room was in a bad location for street, trash chute and garbage truck noise. We attempted to book our next stay in advance for the same 2 months 2024 but was told we could do so, so we booked our 2024 stay elsewhere.
The condo was clean and as described, check-in was easy and seamless. It is walking distance from everything - beach, stores, & restaurants. The bed was comfortable enough, we slept well. The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and helped us out when it was discovered that someone helped themselves to our paid-for parking spot. Mark was awesome and patient about answering questions quickly. The only drawback is the road behind the hotel. The garbage chute is at the corner of the building and the trash and smell is nasty if you have to walk back there. All in all it was a good stay!
The location is fantastic with a 1 minute walk to Waikiki beach and main strip. We stayed for three nights, but didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. The condo was not very clean (according tome, a mild “clean freak”), lots of wear and tear. The floors felt sticky/dirty- walking around barefoot felt gross. We did see a small cockroach the morning we left and while I don’t come from a place that cockroaches are common, I realize in a lot of regions it’s uncontrollable, but it gave me the heebie jeebies and I was so thankful to be leaving. But it has everything you may need. The kitchenette worked just fine for small meals and there was a nice hot plate and pans, just no cooking utensils lol. It was a quiet hotel, but the back alley is right out your windows and it can be loud momentarily; didn’t bother us much. Nice views from the observation deck, the pool isn’t something we used, and it wasn’t the most appealing. All in all a fine stay for the price and location. Good for a young couple who don’t care about cleanliness.
I wish this app would let me upload photos, but since it doesn't, here's what we experienced. From the start, the "parking garage" was extremely hard to locate let alone park in. It was more like a dungeon under the building with probably less than 10 stalls available and water leaking all over the place. Check-in was easy enough. We went up the elevator to the third floor which then opened up to an outdoor walkway that lead to the room. This "apartment" is not located within a hotel, it is a motel that overlooks an old parking lot and decrepid pool area. Those views of Diamond Head are non-existent. Once inside, I noticed right away that the curtains had huges gaps in them. From those large windows toward the back of the apartment, you can see the worn down, overcrowded street and all the people on it can see you. The counters and walls were filthy, the sink had pubic hair on it. The shower curtain looked as if it had never been cleaned or changed. The best part was the front door. The gap under the door was large enough to slide my hand under it. To say the least, I did not feel safe having myself, let alone my teenage daughter, staying here. I ended up getting a reservation at the Ala Moana Hotel and left this filth within 20 minutes. I contacted the host to let him know why we did not stay there and he agreed to a full refund but he changed my reservation dates and only gave a me partial refund, not even a 1/3 of what I paid. Parking (over priced) was not refunded either.

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Nice apartment; noisy neighborhood.
There was confusion about the availability of the room. Room was located next to noisy garbage chute. People in lodging across the street were noisy at all hours. Some information In the book in the room was dated.
LOVED this property for my solo week in Waikiki. The listing was exactly as described, clean and modern decor with all the essentials provided. The location is perfect, a two minute walk to the beach and a huge selection of cafes and restaurants right outside the door! I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10
We had a gap to fill on our trip to Oahu and booked 3 days at this location in Waikiki. This is a privately owned apartment that is inside the Waikiki Grand Hotel, so it is very much a hotel experience. The management company was very responsive to requests we made. This location is very good, close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Great place for the value and location. You can see the beach from the entrance of the hotel lobby! Very clean & modern furniture, enjoyed having the convenience of full sized fridge. Definitely an older building; staff in the lobby were very helpful & kind. Would recommend to our friends!
This place was definitely great for the price. Close walk to main strip and beach. Couple things we didn't like, our windows faced a back alley so lots of people loud and noisy through out the night and no parking! Parking was the worst! Trying to find a spot was like finding gold. This place was definitely a great place if you didn't plan to stay in condo a lot but mainly at night to sleep. I would recommend this to anyone especially for the price!
We loved staying here for a few days. The place is a pretty good size for a studio and perfect for a couple. The mattress was comfortable and everything was sparkling clean! The only con is that it does get noisy in the morning from the trash chute and we had some issues with the AC unit but our host, Mark was very responsive. Love this location as it's extremely close to the beach and close to some of our faves, like Ono Seafood and Leonard's.
We enjoyed our stay. The unit is small and gets a lot street noise but the location can’t be beat! Beach accessories were supplied too which was really nice- beach chairs, umbrella, towels.
This apartment is well located, clean and modern looking. It is located within the Waikiki Grand Hotel, which I would rate as a 2-star hotel at most regarding the overall condition of the building. Parking space is rather small, but acceptable (extra cost). Communication with host was not an issue. The apartment did not have a toaster when we arrived, but we were offered by the host so supply one; however we were mostly out all day so we did no bother. There should be a toaster now for the next guest.
Although it has double glazed windows (a plus), you still may hear noise form outside like sirens, construction machinery etc., so light sleepers may notice (there was some construction work nearby going at night once), but overall this should not be an impediment for choosing it, you do not hear normal traffic. We chose this after much seeking, and were satisfied with our choice, specially as it it priced very reasonably.
What an amazing condo ! Just perfect for 2 ppl ! Has everything you need and location you can’t beat! It was absolute wonderful experience with the rental and they were extremely accommodating, punctual and made the checking in and out super easy :) also they are super super quick to reply to all your needs (I didn’t have my phone hooked up to US plan so wifi only and communication through the app)
All in all we come to Hawaii every year and I will definitely stay there AGAIN !:)
Thank you so much
This property was all we needed to enjoy a week in Oahu. We were steps from the strip and the beach, while enjoying easy access to main thoroughfares to reach other points on the island. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, and we never felt unsafe in any way. The laundry room and parking were useful. (I recommend renting a smaller car to easily navigate the smaller stalls and spacing). The only drawback—which was negligible and relatively unconcerning—was the garbage chute located right next to us. We often heard other patrons and on their disposal journeys, and the resulting slide, but it wasn’t intrusive at all.
I highly recommend this location for those who wants to enjoy the Waikiki strip and the beach, and for those who want to zip around the island to get to scenic points, hikes, or other choice locations (like the north shore, etc).
