House in a huge wooded garden and private parking ...
Beach less than 500 m away, very quiet area very close to all shops
The house is 10 min walk from the sea, 5 min from shops and restaurants (bakery, butcher, supermarket, and pizzeria, Asian, Chinese, Indian restaurants: all very good ...) and yet in a very quiet area.
It overlooks its huge private garden with trees in which you can also enter your car (s).
There will be no one other than you in the house during the rental and you are therefore the only ones enjoying the garden and the barbecue.

Description: Ground floor overlooking a 450m2 of shaded garden (hammocks, barbecue, large garden table ...) + One bedroom upstairs

Ground floor details: - Large living room with double sofa bed, overlooking the garden; - A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with French window overlooking the garden; A bedroom with a single bed and 1 child's bed; - A fitted kitchen (microwave, electric hob, washing machine, dishwashing machine); - Two Showers (including 1 outside, great for when you come back from the beach), - 1 separate WC - Upstairs: A large bedroom with a double bed and sink area.

Many beautiful places to discover nearby: - Elne, its cloister and its cathedral: - Perpignan and pushing a little further, you can quite go for the day to Figueras to visit the Dali museum or Cadaques to admire one of the most beautiful village in Spain via the coast road to admire an even less known but equally charming village by the name of Puerto de la Selva ... and many other good plans that I will tell you if you decide to stay in the house

Bon séjour

Logement bien mais frustrant. Appareillage de climatisation mais pour l'étage que nous n'avons pas l'accès Logement propre à vu d'oeil rapide mais en période de crise sanitaire dut au covid 19 le logement est nettoyer précédemment par les locataires et pas de désinfection. Plage à proximité mais pas si proche à pied pour des enfants. Hypermarché utile , alimentation, activités proche. Bonne localisation mais nous suggérons une amélioration du logement sur le confort. ( sèche cheveux, clim, canapé,..)
