Nice apartment on the fifth and last floor of a building located in the heart of Sète - between the Royal Canal and the seaport - a few minutes walk from Les Halles and the fishing port, 20 minutes from the train station. For spa guests, Balaruc is accessible by free shuttles.

Living room and American kitchen open onto a terrace and a loggia, with open views towards the marina. Two very bright rooms facing Mont Saint Clair, one of which also has a clear balcony. Bathroom, WC and utility room.

Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, two-burner ceramic hob, fridge & freezer), washer-dryer, TV and wifi.
All the equipment is new.

Pas calés est une hôte charmante et très à l’écoute.Très réactive aux mails.

Apparemment propre, bien équipé et très bien situé (en plein centre ville mais et dans une rue calme). Très bonne communication avec Pascale la propriétaire. Elle est disponible et à l'écoute. L'accueil de Florent était top également. Nous reviendrons !

Proche du centre ville tout en étant situé dans une rue au calme

Appartement très bien agencé, cosy, meublé avec goût. Rien ne manque au niveau des ustensiles et accessoires. Literie confortable et de qualité. Belle vue des chambres sur le Mont Saint Clair. Côté salon, la terrasse doit être appréciable aux beaux jours.

L'appartement est vaste et lumineux .La terrasse est parfaite pour les repas en plein air. La situation de l'appartement proche des commerces et des restaurants du centre est très pratique. Les plages sont également très accessibles avec une jolie promenade par la corniche.

Propre bon emplacement et fonctionnel

L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivé. Il est très bien placé en centre ville et les plages sont accessible par le bus. La communication avec Pascale (la propriétaire) ou Florent (le concierge) est facile et ils sont compréhensifs. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

L appartement,propre et lumineux est très bien équipé. Sa situation dans le centre ville,proche des quais permet de bénéficier au mieux des attraits de la ville et du port . La promenade vers les plages ,le long de la corniche est très agréable . L accueil de Pascale est chaleureux.
