A three bedroom, three bath townhome with all the comforts of home in an open floor plan. The single story property has a spacious great room with a sofa, chairs, flat screen TV and a dining table seating six. The great room opens to a private back patio with an outdoor dining table and umbrella. The kitchen has all major appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The master suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV and ample closet space. It also opens to the back patio with direct mountain views. The master bathroom has a shower, soaking tub, double vanity and water closet. One guest suite has a queen bed and one has two twins; both with their own full bathrooms. The townhome comfortably sleeps 6 in beds and 2 more on a queen aerobed for a maximum occupancy of 8. The property is in a quiet location towards the back of Legacy Villas. Enjoy western mountain views from the back patio, living room and master bedroom. There is a satellite pool and hot tub directly behind the townhome and it is a 5 minute walk from the main pool area and fitness room. If you are looking for luxury at a great price, you won't find a better option for your next stay in the California desert.

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta sits at the eastern end of the Coachella Valley. Home to over 30 public and private golf courses and a variety of athletic and cultural events, La Quinta has become a world renown resort destination. The PGA Tour's Desert Classic each January, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament in nearby in Indian Wells every March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in nearby Indio each April are some of the events bringing people to La Quinta. Beautiful place to relax

We love Legacy!!! This beautiful home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool, took long walks and marveled at the views and amazing sunrises/sunsets. Great location for good restaurants and shopping too. We will definitely return

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. The set-up is perfect for our family of 5. Having the pool just outside the patio area is a plus - and the large main pool is just a short walk away. The unit is immaculate and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at multiple units at this property and love it! This unit was especially nice because it has a satellite pool just steps away. My only disappointment was pictures and listing showed that a grill would be available at the unit, but there wasn’t one. However, the kitchen was well stocked so I was able to transfer our planned grilled meals to stove top easily. The unit is quiet, clean and great for our larger family. We would love to stay here again!

A nice comfortable property!

One of the better properties we have stayed at in recent times. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen amenities but no coffee pot. Internet was hit or miss. Can’t use master bath tub, but we’re advised prior to renting. Transparency is important. We enjoyed some meals out on the patio during the warm Christmas weekend and the pool was nearby!

Exceeded my expectations!

We have been to Legacy Villa’s many times over the last 10 years and always stayed in the two bedroom condo’s. This was our first stay in a three bedroom townhouse and we were so happy for the upgrade! The satellite pool right off the back deck was so conveniently located for the family especially mid week. The home itself exceeded our expectations and we loved the floor plan with the two bedrooms away from the master. Lastly, we loved that we were able to bring our dog and the space with the cool tile was perfect for him! We will be back!

We’ve stayed at this specific unit on several occasions over the past 10+ years. It’s a great property but the carpet now desperately needs to be replaced. It was extremely stained and quite gross, especially in the master suite. If you want to continue to get top rates for this property, please replace the carpet. It’s filthy beyond professional cleaning and needs to be replaced.

Pretty La Quinta

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. Everything was great except that there wasn’t any hot water in the Master shower, so we had to shower in the other bathroom. I was concerned about this problem from another review, and I sent emails saying I wanted the hot water fixed before we arrived, however it was never addressed.

uit was good. There was no hot water in master shower which I reported but nothing was done about it. There was no wi-fi in this unit which for some vacationers problematic. Otherwise all was good.

Wonderful Getaway!

Absolutely adorable place in a beautifully landscaped, gated community. Home is nestled up against the La Quinta mountains with great view from the enclosed patio. Next to a pool - just outside the French doors. The place itself is wonderful, clean, well appointed for a vacation rental, hotel linens, 3 flat screen TVs, great kitchen! Very comfortable and cozy furniture. Definitely coming back and staying here for our next getaway. Highly recommend booking this place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with friends or family.

My only concern is that there was existing damage to the unit. They are pet friendly and seems a larger dog may have been left alone and had their way with the window shutters. We let them know. Would be nice to just have a list of known issues so you don’t feel like you have to take photos and then try to get ahold of them. Other than that the area is very quiet, and the locals are very friendly!

Desert Get Away

Our family loved our stay at this Legacy Villa unit! We loved how clean, spacious and beautiful the condo was. The whole property is so beautiful with the Mountain View behind us and the pool right outside our door. We would definitely come back and next time make use of the pool and jacuzzi right outside the patio. We highly recommend this place!
