Two master bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. A room with two bunk beds and wardrobes. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a sink. A large tiled terrace with all wooden furniture for 10 people, covered with a large arbor, overlooking a pleasant garden and flowers of 100m2. In the garden, a gazebo for 10 people, bamboo cushions and curtains is ideal for aperitifs and naps.

Nice Family Property
Good size home for larger family with good seating options downstairs, but it just felt a bit tired. Definitely in need for some redecoration and cleaning. Good facilities and plenty of plates and cutlery for 10, but while there were plenty of pans, could not find any pan lids. The double bedrooms felt small, the beds were small. All the drawers and hanging spaces were cheap. Good shower, but mould on the ceiling. Peeling paint on the ceilings downstairs, banister in need of redecoration. Did not get a chance to try out the outdoor seating, as it proved to be too wet and windy in Feb/March.

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir dasselbe Haus gemietet, da es sich für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Hund hervorragend eignet. Ruhige Lage, schöner Garten, das Meer zu Fuß erreichbar, schöne Sandstrände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles ist da.

Excellent séjour dans cette masion à Valras Plage
Maison très agréable au calme absolu avec facilité pour se garer (à la Toussaint). La description correspond parfaitement à la prestation. Le centre-ville et la plage sont à 10 minutes à pieds. Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très bien équipée pour la cuisine. Rien à redire.

Maison dans lotissement très calme
Agréable maison, a part que 100 min à pied de la ville et de la plage, ça faisait beaucoup pour mes parents, quand on fait 3 aller et retour dans la journée pour aller en ville ou plage, sinon c'est dommage aussi pour la douche italienne avec fenêtre plongeante sur la maison d'en face, on voit tout, pas de store, vraiment dommage, si je peux rajouter aussi les chaises de jardin sans coussins, c'est pas agréable, sinon le spacio dehors très agréable pour les apero !

Au top !
Très bon séjour à Valras, dans cette maison très bien équipée (il ne manque rien, c’est comme à la maison!). Nous étions 8, les lits faits à l’arrivée est un plus. La « pagode » ds le jardin a plu à tout le monde et a été le théâtre de nos siestes, apéros et pour mes grandes de certaines nuits à la belle. Situé à 18 minutes à pied du centre ville, l’environnement est calme et parfait pour nous. Même notre petit chien, Sherlock a été conquis ! Bref, à recommander. La propriétaire est à l’écoute et Elvire qui nous a ouvert, charmante.

Maison au calme dans impasse
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette jolie maison au calme. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La proximité de la rue commerçante et de la mer à piéd est un plus. Par contre les chambres à l'étage sont très chaudes et il est difficile de dormir surtout pours les enfants. Les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisant pour avoir un peu d'air.

Agréable séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un agréable sejour en famille (5 personnes avec ado et jeunes adultes ). Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires qui ont accepté la présence de notre labrador, fait assez rare pour le signaler. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Elle est située dans une impasse au calme et à 10 minutes (d'un pas tranquille ) à pied de la rue piétonne commerçante de Valras. Le jardin est un plus. Nous avons été accueillis par Elvire, une femme charmante et dynamique. Dans Valras nous vous recommandons de faire un tour aux Halles et de siroter un cocktail au Pélican. Nous reviendrons.

Très bonne location avec tout le nécessaire dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tout (10 minutes à pieds de la plage - 3 min en voiture de grands magasins). Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. À conseiller pour famille avec enfants même en bas âge (matériel pour tout petit).

Valerius Villa has all you need!
We loved our stay at Valerius Villa. With the beach a 10 minute walk away, the local conveniences about 7 mins away and a major supermarket a 5 min drive, its the perfect location! The house has a lovely outdoor area, all sleeping upstairs and all living downstairs. Be warned though, the bunks are very noisy! The lady that showed us through on behalf of the host was absolutely lovely (along with her english friend to help translate!). We really did enjoy our stay here.
