Very nice modern apartment with sea view.
Bright and cozy, you will have a pleasant stay.
The beach is a stone's throw away, numerous restaurants nearby and the town center is a 10-minute walk away. The cycle path runs right past.
For lovers of skiing, the surf spots are just opposite. No need to touch the car once you arrive!
The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Possibility to park your vehicle in the parking lot of the residence.
Students are not accepted. A deposit of 700 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises.

great location

we rented the apartment from Jessica in June 2023. We really liked the apartment, check-in was uncomplicated, communication with Jessica was generally very good. We were particularly impressed by the location of the apartment. many restaurants are nearby and the beach is only a few steps away. we'd love to come back.

Super appartement

Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Vue partielle océan, à 20 m de la.plage. 10 min à pied du centre ville d'Hossegor. Jessica est très réactive et sympa. Séjour parfait pour nous. On recommande vivement !

Merveilleux séjour

L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé, à 1'30 minutes de l'océan, quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Il est extrêmement bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il est propre, très joliment décoré et Jessica est très réactive et souple. Nous rêvons déjà d'y retourner ! Merci

Great appartment at Hossegor beach!

We had a great week at this wonderful, cozy and neat appartment very close to the beach! The location is perfect with a nice seaview from the window. The centre of Hossegor is only a ten minute walk away. We enjoyed the beach and the sound of its rolling waves every day and the sunsets are beautiful! We can surely recommand this appartment! Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay so much. You could access everything Hossegor had to offer by bike. One downside of the location was that it was often a bit loud at night from people coming out of the local clubs. Still, the windows are thick so it wasn’t too bad. Thanks so much!

Je recommande cette location. Appartement idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage. Très bien agencé, très agréable, joliment décoré. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Une suggestion pour améliorer encore la location : mettre un radiateur dans la chambre car il y faisait bien frisquet au mois de décembre...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'accueil est parfait et chaleureux, Jessica a tout fait pour nous rendre la vie plus facile avec un bébé. L'appartement est lumineux, la déco est top, il est très bien équipé et parfaitement situé proche de la plage, du lac et du centre ville.

L’appartement est non seulement bien décoré mais parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel Idéalement situé que l’on apprécie l’océan où le lac, les restaurants du bord de mer ou le centre ville. Tout se fait à pieds pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Hossegor Jessica ayant fait quasi insonorisé pas de nuisances sonores, ce qui est appréciable dans cette résidence Si on ajoute une propriétaire sympathique et très disponible on ne peut que recommander cet appartement. Et sans doute y revenir

Jessica et son appartement

Jessica nous a très bien accueilli et a été très arrangeante pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Son appartement est agréable en plus d’être très propre. Il est très bien situé, à proximité des plages et commodités. Je recommande sans hésitation.
