Located between Pouliguen and Batz sur mer, the house of approx. 40m² is located in the heart of a residence open onto a huge park, close to the Govelle beach (with lifeguard)

Type T3 house (40m²) facing south, with fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, and 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed.
60m² enclosed garden, wooden terrace, shed and private parking.
Ideally located 600m from Govelle beach, you can do everything on foot or by bike: secure footpath to the beach, supervised beach, surf school. Around 500m: restaurant, bakery, Intermarché, laundromat and other shops.
Departure of cycle lanes towards the port of Pouliguen, center of Batz sur mer, salt marshes, coastal paths. Nearby La Baule, Le Croisic, Guérande, Batz sur mer station / Le Pouliguen.
