Please note: The Security Deposit is $500 and VRBO/Homeaway does not collect but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please note: The Quote provided by VRBO/Homeaway is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The Lease Agreement will not reflect the added administrative fees or the VRBO/Homeaway service fees as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the property owner. The administrative Fees are the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO/Homeaway. Again, when booking through the VRBO/Homeaway platform, VRBO/Homeaway will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants. The amount you pay to VRBO/Homeaway includes added VRBO/Homeaway and agency administrative fees which will NOT be reflected on your lease papers. All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation. There will be added transaction fees to book outside the Agency and through VRBO/Homeaway to cover their requirements, commission fees and payment processing fees. This will reflect a rate higher than listed elsewhere and these taxable amounts will not be considered part of the Lease Agreement between you and the Lessor, but are instead separate taxable administrative and service fees paid to the agency and Vrbo/Homeaway and will not be reflected in the lease agreement. The rental rate that is noted in the body of the property description is the actual amount that will be reflected in the lease agreement; this amount is without added fees. Please do NOT initiate a request to book until we let you know we are ready, as it will either be declined, allowed to expire, or edited as a pre approved quote to reflect an impossibly high rate so that you will have to decline the quote. VRBO/Homeaway will penalize hosts who decline a booking request when the calendar shows the dates as open and also penalizes hosts who allow booking requests to expire, therefore we may simply exercise the option to edit the quote to reflect an impossibly high rate so that you will have to decline the quote.
