This spacious 1400 sq. ft. waterfront unit has the best panoramic view in the complex and is located in the much sought after OCEANFRONT BUILDING among a total of 4 buildings in this resort.

The property is set on 3.5 acres of picturesque waterfront nestled amongst the pristine Gulf Islands of British Columbia overlooking the Strait of Georgia and offers a natural paradise with breathtaking scenery. Savor the sights and sounds of nature like deer, river otters, bald eagles fishing for salmon, wild mink, seals and sea lions.

Try beachcombing, hiking or birdwatching. For a great workout try kayaking on the palcid clear waters or have an invigorating tennis game on site. Cool off in the huge 48x28' pool or relax in the spacious hot tub. You are also just minutes from golfing, kayaking, parks, hiking trails, whale watching salmon fishing. Enjoy a gourmet meal at Mahle House Restaurant just 15 minutes north or visit the English style pub, Crow And Gate.

Take a day trip to Tolfino or Long Beach to watch the magnificent Pacific Ocean waves. Or to Parksville for the mile long white sandy beach. Or go to Campbell River to catch the big salmons. So much to do that you would wish that you had more time to stay here.

Beautiful location - right on the ocean. Great for two couples. Two nice bedrooms, each with a full bath. The two bedrooms are separated for privacy each with its own patio. Nice kitchen and living room. Highly recommend.

Great Ocean Front Retreat
We enjoyed staying at this condo by the ocean, it was very quiet, and walking along the beach was a treat. The view of the sunrises over the ocean were spectacular. The condo had everything we needed.

A wonderful week- peaceful and beautiful
We really enjoyed our week here. The property was uncrowded and easy to find off the main highway. The unit itself had all the items necessary for dining in and enjoying the area. The water view from the balconies was excellent. It had a gas fireplace that we did not use. It was cooler in the evening so we did not miss AC. I recommend- we would definitely stay again.

Lovely property. except for the fact that it REALLY needs air conditioning
The facilities, location and amenities were great, as was the layout and view. However, When we checked in the temperature inside was in the high 30's! It took us a full day of moving fans around to cool the place down. This was a major issue in our enjoyment of the property. Air conditioning would have made this property a five out of five.

Perfect Stay with Stunning Ocean Views at Inn of the Seas!
Our stay at "Inn of the Seas" near Ladysmith, BC, was absolutely perfect! The ocean view from the unit was stunning, and we were thrilled to see several eagles right from the balcony. The unit was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat for our vacation. The wifi was excellent, allowing us to work remotely without any interruptions, including seamless WebEx meetings. The host provided a comprehensive welcome package that made the check-in process easy and ensured we had all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants just a short drive away. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying at this unit at "Inn of the Seas." We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This property has everything you need. A beautiful view of the ocean from the deck or from a comfy couch inside! A hot tub to soothe your weary body after a long day of hiking. A laundry facility so you don't have to pack as much clothing. Horseshoe pit, tennis (pickleball?) court, a dock to sit on and contemplate life. We love coming here.

We enjoyed waking up and seeing the ocean right outside the window! Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided. We did miss having Netflix. That would be a worthwhile upgrade. Certainly a big enough place for two. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The second bedroom is downstairs and is a separate suite. Not a problem though.

Never disappointed here!
Terry has a fantastic place. Be prepared to sit and enjoy the view while being undisturbed by a cell phone. The quiet surroundings, the hot tub, the nearby parks are all so relaxing. 35e anniversaire de mariage.
Un endroit magnifique sur le bord de la baie de Georgia. Le condo était impeccable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et même plus. La piscine chauffée et le spa sont un atout. La piscine est située sur la berge rocheuse d'où on contemple la mer. Le condo est bien situé pour les attractions. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

We rented a condo suite in this resort for a few summers and fell in love with it. So, we begged someone to sell us this waterfront unit.

We have totally renovated to suit our taste, including artworks to reflect the waterfront theme. We welcome guests who share our enjoyment of this condo and who would treat it like their own home.

There are many units in this resort, and only a limited few are on the waterfront row. This unit has been renovated tastefully and furnished with high quality furniture.

What makes this property unique

You can choose to be very active on the beach, hiking, swimming, cycling, tennis etc., or just sit back in the leather rocking recliner to watch the view, with a glass of wine or coffee in your hand. Wake up to watch the dramatic sunrise from the front deck, or stroll along the waterfront to watch the romantic moon, listening to the music of the breeze at night.
