The house was exactly as the pictures. Each floor has a bedroom and bathroom which was nice to be spread out. It was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We did see a couple bears in the woods behind the house. I will say the house was not as clean as it should be. I did reach out about a dirty bed and we basically had to fix the issue myself. Which casued the other family that was staying in that room to leave early because they were not happy with the cleanliness of the property. The cleaner came and put sheets in the washer which was filled with mold that we did not want to use. I also talked with the home owner and never got an apology. They stated they were "aware" that they need a deeper clean on the cabin. Other then the clealiness on the cabin we had a quick great trip.
Stayed 4 days in this cabin for my 9 year olds birthday, he was super excited about the pool table and arcade games! The cabin is beautiful inside and out! The location is great, very secluded but only a short trip to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge for activities. The owner was very responsive each time I contacted her with questions, you can tell they take pride in providing great service. Our family plans on taking another vacation soon and will be reserving this cabin again!
The cabin was as described, clean and decorated nicely. Property manager answered my questions immediately. Would definitely recommend staying in this cabin if you want a relaxing Wonderful vacation!!!
The bedroom and bathroom number were perfect for us and two 17 year olds. The house was located in a great location close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend to a family for a vacation stay.
This place is highly recommended. We would like to come back. On our first day, we saw a black bear on the street. Kids & kids at heart enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day outside. We also enjoyed playing billiards and arcade. This house is perfect.
Beautiful Cabin. Had a great vacation. Updated host with Vrbo message and pictures that downstairs bedroom bed had split in the wood and was not secure. Received 24 Rude texts messages from host about bed not being broken on arrival. Host acknowledged he seen pictures and message. Never came to look at bed or tried to fix it. Was charged for bed when our family was not responsible for it breaking. Was also sent message from host that there was vomit in the hot tub. Another false accusation. Read your reviews when you stay with any host. Previous guest before us also reported false accusations with hosts. ( another vomit in hot tub accusation) Which made me question staying at this property, but my reservation was already booked. Other guests also complained about broken furniture. It’s a shame the host tries to profit off of their guests. Disappointed with Vrbo and host.

Beautiful, moderately clean, HORRIBLE customer service
Nice cabin, beautiful location, moderately clean (did have to clean a few things ourselves upon arrival). I and 3 other family members were asked to check cabin when leaving. It was left cleaner than upon arrival hot tub included. 3 days after we left I received a hateful text saying the “maid” (we call them housekeepers now days) found vomit in the hot tub, bottle caps, shot glasses all around the hot tub which was not true. Contacted the owner back to ask if she was talking about the cabin we stayed in to which she said yes. They said 30 minutes after we left the owner found the throw up in the hot tub (contradicting themselves). They then called me dumb and said I was making stupid statements when answering their questions. We did not leave a review when we left because I did not want to say anything bad about the cabin. The place is very nice, but I will NEVER stay where I get accused of things my party did not do EVER. I am contacting every platform I can leave a review on to let others know how I have been treated. It is a sham that such a beautiful resort has such a terrible staff. I do not know, but I suspect the maids may be trying to make themselves more money and the owner allows it. I encourage everyone to read EVERY REVIEW ON EVERY PLATFORM (especially yelp) before you rent this cabin. It is sad to have a beautiful weekend ruined by ABSOLUTE fabrication 3 days after we left when the hot tub can be accessed by anyone including the owner.
The cabin was superb! We were very pleased - we cooked/grilled steaks one night, made breakfast each morning - very well stocked kitchen. The host was a pleasure to work with. She responded in a timely manner. Loved that the cabin was private with plenty of space to the next cabin. Can’t say anything negative!! A great stay!

Holiday Family time
The cabin is lovely. Location is convenient to Gatlinburg and dollywood. 4 wheel drive is a good thing to have. Its up the mountain. Check in was very inconvenient. We asked to check in early but were denied. We were not given instructions until the day of. We were not given gate codes in our email. I was let in by another customer but then had to wait for a reply to get house code. I did not like that. The house is nice and clean.
We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very cozy and we loved the Halloween decorations in the neighborhood. Great place for our family to get to spend time.
We enjoyed the cabin with its hot tub, game room, high-end appliances and access to the nearby pool. We saw a bear across the road and one sauntered by as I was reading on the upper porch. Watching the mist rise in the mountains was relaxing, as was the tree-surrounded property. After we got down the mountain, it was an easy drive to the National Park Visitor Center.
The high rustic bed was a bit of a challenge for my old knees. The three floors and two porches gave us room to spread out. There were 7 of us for the week and 2 more for 1 night and a few days. We had a good family vacation.
Wonderful time spending Christmas here
The cabin was decorated with a Christmas tree, garland and stockings hung by the fire. To our surprise there were 3 showers as the description says there are 2 and a half bathrooms. All three rooms had their own bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked and hot tub was clean! Highly recommend.
My husband, sister and her husband planned a beach vacation till the hurricane took out our destination. On the fly we were able to book this perfect retreat cabin in Gaitlinberg. We did fun adventures all day, did some dining out and cooking in and had a great time. The cabin accommodates a lot more people but I thought was perfect for 4 adults to relax together comfortably in the main are. We hated to leave and like most vacations ended way to soon
We loved our stay! Five adults, two kiddos and our fur baby stayed 1 week at this very peaceful spot. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a must after a long day hiking. Spotted some bears and a curious groundhog we named Gatlinburg Greg. Thank you for a great vacation.
