About this property

A 20 min drive from the Tampa international airport this is our quaint newly renovated vacation home, in South Tampa. A 20 minute drive from Tropicana Fields and the Amalie Arena, in addition to the Tampa Zoo and aquarium. Honestly it’s a great location to get to almost anything fun in the Tampa area! And if you want to just stay in we set up a backyard oasis with a pool/hot tub spa combo surrounded by a cozy shaded relaxing patio. Paradise is right around the corner in our Great Escape!
***As out guest, we believe in transparency and your right to privacy. We must disclose our surveillance system does secure the perimeter of the property. Every vantage point has a camera, strictly for security reasons, we always disable the back camera during our guests stay***

The best yet

My wife and I have used rentals from various platforms for years. A few have stood above the rest. Our stay here at Michael and Paige's beautiful bungalow lands at the top!Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, beautiful decorating, everything you would want – including things that you might have forgotten to pack.What a joy to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks in the screened back porch. Connect your phone to the speakers and soak in the hot tub. Wonderful!The beds were comfortable, having a washer and dryer was great! If you are going to Tampa for any reason, I would highly, highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Rental

We were there for a month and it is a clean,well equipped and furnished house that made you feel like you were home. Furniture is very comfortable. The property managers are excellent to deal with on any issues that may come up. We are planning on a return visit.

Amazing find

This is a wonderful home, they have provided any and everything you could possibly want or need. The enclosed backyard with the spa pool is a great place to sit in the morning and drink your coffee or relax in the pool after a day of sightseeing. Chelsea was wonderful checking in with us when we arrived and available anytime we had questions. We will definitely be back!!

Great Escape

Three of us stayed for one week in February. The home was immaculate. We enjoyed the swim spa after long days of shopping and the beach. Everything down to the plush blankets and French press was impressive. It was a pleasure having things like beach towels, bags, coolers, chairs…available to use during outings. Home Away From Home

From the time we arrived until the end of our stay we were constantly surprised by the attention to detail and concern for our comfort. Nothing could have been improved upon, and we appreciated the thoughtful gestures of an arrival gift, warm cuddly bathrobes and the very well equipped kitchen.A five Star experience!

Great Family Amenities

This was exactly what we needed for a great weekend in Tampa. Well kept pack n play. They had lots of cooking supplies and children’s utensils. Very responsive. No hurricane damage. Sweet welcome gift upon arrival.

Relaxing long weekend

Outstanding and amazing. The home itself was perfect for us. The host provided everything we needed to feel at home and at ease. Everything was as anticipated. Communication was outstanding. Did not disappoint

My girlfriends I needed a getaway and this house did not disappoint. It is tucked away in a quant neighborhood- with the quietest and nicest neighbors by the way. We loved that the smallest details were covered. This space is super clean and gorgeous. There were two instances that I communicated with the property manager and the owners and they were both responded timely and resolved my concern. I highly recommend this home; you won’t be disappointed.

Absolute bliss

What an amazing stay. From beginning to end we kept finding extra little touches. The pictures and description do not do this treasure justice. Best sleep away home EVER!

Everything was perfect! Fast communication, great location, easy check in, very clean! We would definitely stay here again. We got the City Pass for Tampa and went to Bush Gardens, Tampa Zoo (from the Animal Planet series: Secrets of the Zoo) and the Florida Aquarium in downtown Tampa. All attractions 25 minutes or less. Wonderful bed and pillows! I always look for reviews that include bedding and this one knocked it out of the park!

If the Tampa area is your destination, this is a great spot.

House was clean, and everything was “like new”. Online description was fairly accurate with the exception of the office area as it appeared to be a full size couch/futon, and in fact, it was a single and not very comfortable. What is described as a pool in the backyard is actually a large, hot tub and very enjoyable. Would consider again if visiting the Tampa area.

Comfortable, Clean and Relaxing

The home is spacious and comfortable with a great backyard. The open concept kitchen/living room has plenty of seating and allows for visiting. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is only 1 single bed in the office which is a small sofa bed that is not very comfortable. The other 2 beds are very comfortable.

Awesome house!

This place had everything you can think of! We loved the hot tub and the back patio. The layout of the house is perfect. The only improvement I would suggest is maybe a Murphy bed, futon, or inflatable sofa bed in the office instead of the small foldout bed that’s there. But other than that, this is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in.

Wonderful Home - Everything as advertised

When we return to Tampa we plan on staying here again. The Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, all appliances were new and worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels both for indoors and the hot tub. Wonderful home! We highly recommend!
