The house is very fine. Beds are good and kitchen well equipt. Everything was as promised we had a nice stay.

Maison magnifique proche des lieux à visiter
Très bien placée pour visiter les marchés de Noël de Strasbourg, Colmar entre autres. Les chambres sont grandes, le séjour et la cuisine accueillants. Nous avons apprécié la décoration de Noël et le grand canapé après nos journées à visiter les petits chalets des artisans. Merci à Monique pour les contacts téléphoniques très agréables.

Der Aufenthalt wurde letztlich dadurch getrübt, dass ein Badezimmer mit Schimmel befallen war. Für eine Anmietung einer Ferienwohnung in der Preiskategoire ist durchaus zu erwarten, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Schimmel ist nicht etwas, was man übersehen kann. Im Gegenteil. Schimmel kann zu gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen führen und ist zudem sicherlich kein schöner Anblick.

Très belles vacances en Alsace
Maison située dans un quartier très calme. Très bien située pour visiter Strasbourg (10 min par le train), les villages typiques et châteaux d'Alsace. La maison est grande et bien agencée. Rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accessibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Lipsheim. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Alles da was man so braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Von dort aus lassen sich die unterschiedlichsten Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit im Elsass. Gruss aus Leverkusen

Super war die Erstaustattung falls man mal was vergisst. Saft, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Speiseöl, Geschirrtaps. usw. Geschirr war sehr ausreichend und wertig vorhanden.

Die Angabe der Betten war in der Beschreibung etwas verwirrend. Tatsächlich sind es drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett 160x200) eines davon mit eigenem Duschbad. Das andere Bad ist ein Wannenbad. Zusätzlich gibt es ein kleines Zimmer mit einer Ausziehcouch. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Eine Bäckerei und ein gutes Restaurant sind fußläufig (5 Min). Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war gut, sehr schnelle Antworten, leider immer nur in französisch obwohl angegeben war, dass deutsch möglich ist und beim Telefonat auch problemlos deutsch gesprochen wurde. Zugang zum großzügigen und gepflegten ruhig gelegenen Haus mit großem Garten klappte sogar schon früher als angegeben und war problemlos. Sogar Wasser, Saft und Marmelade wurde bereit gestellt. Nur der Toilettendeckel war ziemlich locker und hing nur noch an einer Schraube. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert für Ausflüge nach Straßburg und in die Weingegend.

Monique è stata un host molto attento, la sua casa la rispecchia, molto accogliente, pulita, equipaggiata di tutto ciò che può servire e vicina alle zone che ci interessava visitare, pur rimanendo in una zona tranquillissima.
