Comfortable 3 bedroom cape cod style home

Property is in a very good location. It butts up to Sherrys Arm public access on the south end of Pokegama for convenient launching. A very good fishing lake, along with other lakes close by. Pokegama is also a great recreational lake with gorgeous sand beaches on the public islands. There are two restaurants on the lake (The Pickeled Loon and Zorbaz) with adult beverages. Zorbaz has gas. There are Two golf courses within Ten minutes. Grand Rapids is just a few minutes away for all your entertainment and supply needs. Explore the Iron Range. Hop on the snowmobile trail just across the bay from us. A close look at the arial pictures will give you an idea of the setting to help you decide if it's a good fit for you. Whichever season you choose, we're confident you'll enjoy your stay here.

What a dream!

We had such an amazing time at this property!!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook an amazing meal! We really enjoyed all of the puzzles as well! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Great place

This is our third stay and they have all been fantastic. The house has plenty of room, is clean, and is right off the lake so you can easily get to the snowmobile trails. Thanks for another great stay!

Snowmobiling Trip

We wanted to ride our sleds for a quick weekend getaway. We were a group of 5 adults so the house was perfect for us. Easy access to the lake and trails on the path down to the channel. Parking was perfect for 2 pickups and trailers. The host let us check-in early and was very responsive to our pesky questions. We will be back again!

Truly a Home Away from Home!

Whether you have a small or large group, this home will meet your needs. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great outside space make this home truly a home away from home. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Modern, comfortable vacation home

Well furnish, comfortable beds, kitchen had all we needed for four adults. Convenient to town. Adjacent to boat launch and well set up for fishing. Cute screened-in building overlooking the dock/lake. We'll be back, hopefully soon!

This is our 2nd time staying there! They have heated floors, woodburning stove, well stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfy beds. We stay there for ski races for our kids at Mt Itasca. The heated garage was awesome for waxing our skis! Owners kind and responsive!

Home away from home

Beautiful family home. Had a wonderful weekend with my adult children. Home was very specious but had noce big open kitchen and livingroom. Had all the amenities of home. Great area for boatwers and fishers. Wonderful screened in area by water. Only draw back was it was close to busy road, but we got used to it. Allowed us to bring our digs! We will be back!

Grand Rapids Getaway

The pictures online didn’t do it justice. The house was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We took advantage of the beautiful back yard, access to water for a little fishing and the grill to make homemade burgers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home and wonderful host

House was new, clean, and pet friendly. It’s close to a semi-busy road so we had to be sure dogs were leashed when outside. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to spend a lot of time fishing! Our teenage boys were very happy in the space too. Host is very responsive.

Amazing Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful property while we were in town for a family reunion. This house is gorgeous! We needed to bake and do some prep work and the kitchen was so well stocked! The owners thought of everything - towels, bedding, toiletries, USB ports, kitchen items including coffee and goodies. The decor was so nice and it was just a really beautiful, relaxing place to stay. We didn’t have time to really use the lake, but the nice screened in porch down by the water would have been wonderful to spend some time in. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home! ❤️

Great stay!

Home is beautiful and in a great location! Short walk (2 minutes) to the lake/dock. Boat ramp is also very close which was very convenient for in/out with our boat. With a half ton truck we were able to get our 21 foot bass boat around the circle driveway. If your boat is bigger than that you may not be able to make it around the circle. Only 5-6 mile drive into town. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice little cabin

This is my 2nd time staying here. Always nice and clean. It's set up really nice. The fireplace is great. I'll be looking for availabilities here whenever I am staying in grand rapids

Very nice place to stay.

Dock was new and in good shape. Lake level made it difficult to get to and from the dock with our boat. House was fantastic! Road noise was a bit more than expected. Still may return another time. Thanks!

Paradise in the North

We were super impressed with our lodging experience! The house was super clean and roomy. It was located in a quiet place very peaceful. The owners made it b=very nice with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, games & puzzle. We will absolutely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful experiece.
