Let us welcome you to a large great room with cathedral ceilings, plenty of seating for family and friends, and a flat screen TV, catching your eyes to the beautiful crystal-clear pool!



The well-equipped kitchen and dining area creates a great flow for festive vacation meals, boasting dishwasher, microwave, large pantry, and a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee! The dining area offers a table for 6 and flows effortlessly into the lanai area capturing the essence of Florida living at its finest.



The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary suite boasts a king bed, Satellite TV, and French doors to the lanai area. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities with sinks, and a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV with Satellite TV, and french doors out to the lanai area as well. The third bedroom has a full bed. The guest bathroom offers a single vanity and a shower over- the- tub combination. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. All linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.



The home has satellite TV in the living room, and two of the bedrooms; telephone and internet access. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!



The pool has optional electric heat. The back of the house and pool area faces south east with pathway to the deck area next to the saltwater canal and dock (Please note boat lift is not operational). The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs, as well as loungers. There is also a gas grill. In the garage there is a pool table, high table and chairs which means that there is no access for vehicles. In addition, there are beach chairs/umbrella, cooler and two bicycles - All for guest to use.
