Charming garden level in our main residence composed of:
A 20 m2 living room with an integrated kitchen: Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle, ceramic glass hob, oven, microwave, fridge with a preservative compartment. Tea towels, table set, drying rack, iron and ironing board, central vacuum, free Wi fi connection.
A bedroom with 160 cm bed and built-in cupboard for your comfort. The bed linen is provided.
Shower room with WC shower and washing machine and hairdryer. The bathroom linen is provided.
All openings are fitted with double glazing and electric shutters.
A pretty 20 m2 terrace furnished with a garden furniture, deckchairs. This terrace is protected by a blind.
A remote control will be provided to access the property, a parking space is provided to keep your vehicle safe.
View of the vegetable garden and the surrounding countryside.
The rental is non-smoking and our animal friends are not allowed.
This place is located in a small hamlet in the village of Eccica Suarella, 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Porticcio and 15 minutes from Napoléon Bonaparte airport and 20 minutes from Ajaccio.
Jacques and Sylvie will be entirely at your disposal to guide you in your visits, and to make your stay pleasant.
Nearby activities: scuba diving, water sports, horse riding, hikes from the village, sea trip from Porticcio, Nightclub, Restaurants.
Deposit of 100 euros for cleaning.
