Recent luxury residence with elevator, modern apartment, spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated, 2 terraces, parking, ideally located: long sandy beach 4 minutes walk, first shops (bakery, pharmacy, bank etc) 3 minutes, Super U at 700 m, Carrefour drive 1km, old town and port 12 minutes walk, perfect starting point for hiking.

Located on the 3rd and last floor, the apartment is composed as follows:
- large entrance
- room 10 m2 with 2 beds of 80 cm single or couple
- bedroom 12.80 m2 with 2 beds of 90 cm single or couple and overlooking terrace of 7m2 oriented East
- bathroom with bathtub, washing machine
- separate WC
- Living room 32 m2
- kitchen included in the living room and very well equipped LOWER SUITE
- furnished terrace (lounge / dining) of 17 m2, with superb mountain view, not vis-à-vis, facing south.
Upstairs :
- parental suite approx. 30 m2 floor including:
  > room with a bed of 160 and a bed of 90
  > small living room
  > shower room / WC.

Very quiet despite the nearby amenities. An ideal location close to the city, leisure and many restaurants in the old town or the sea. Everything can be done on foot, but if you want to come with your car, private parking is included in the rental.
Ideal for a large family or for three couples, each room allowing separate or couple sleeping.

Possibility to rent linen on request.
The final cleaning, obligatory, is in addition: 80 euros. However, you must remove all your provisions and leave the dishwasher empty and the dishes clean and tidy.

Calvi is a perfect location for family or more sportive hikes, and to discover Balagne, its typical villages, its forest and mountain landscapes. 20 minutes by car, you will hike in the mountains in Bonifatu forest. At 1 h 30 by car you can see also Corte, or the valley of the Restonica, or the charming village of Saint-Florent. You can also, in a big day, make a tour of Cap Corse by car, to see breathtaking landscapes, such as in Nonza. The Porto route is just as exceptional for its landscapes.
But several hikes can be done directly on foot from the apartment. The owner is at your disposal to make suggestions.

Merveilleux séjour à Calvi villa Rafaella

Appart grand et confortable, idéalement placé près des plages et non loin du port; seul quelques hics : la parasol était cassé et les tv ne fonctionnent pas ( dommage pendant les JO ;-) Peut être également penser aux draps et serviettes car c’est lourd lorsque l’on vient en avion.

The stay in Calvi was very nice. The property was perfect for us due to 2 separate areas. One bedroom upstairs for my father in law and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Beau sejour à Calvi

En vacances a 2 familles avec de jeunes enfants nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans ce logement. L'appartement est grand avec 2 grandes terrasses bien exposées. Il y a tout le necessaire pour un bébé. La plage est a proximité et le port de calvi a 10 min, ideal pour tout faire a pied. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit super Lage in Calvi

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen (3. OG und Dachgeschoss, Fahrstuhl bis zur Wohnung vorhanden, mit Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern, WLAN, 1 Parkplatz inklusive, da wir mit 2 Familien unterwegs waren konnten wir das 2.Auto aber problemlos im Hof am Rand abstellen, 2 Terrassen mit Sonnenschirmen. Nah zum Strand, Altstadt und Hafen zu Fuß erreichbar, Alles super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très beau séjour

Le cadre est très bien proximité de la plage, du petit train des commerces à 1km du port et de la citadelle. Résidence très belle et appartement très confortable. Juste un petit peu ustensiles à revoir

Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement très confortable

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la très belle plage de Calvi où se trouvent les très agréables paillotes . Le centre ville et le port sont à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds . L’appartement est très confortable pour 6 adultes et 1 enfant et parfaitement équipé. Attention seulement au frigo qui est en fin de vie ainsi que les transats sur la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Agréable et très bien situé

Une parenthèse hors du temps en cette période difficile. Des moments de réelle détente dans un appartement très sympa et bien emménagé face à la montagne. C’est très agréable d’être près de tout : plage, commerçants, port .... Sans compter les différentes ballades accessibles à pied. Que du bonheur !

Excellente impression

L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence de standing et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied des plages et des commerces de Calvi. Il est spacieux et confortable, et par temps chaud, la climatisation est la bienvenue, sans oublier la machine à glaçons. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre et très bien entretenu, avec deux terrasses suffisamment grandes pour y prendre ses repas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichen Blick auf die Berge

Wir (Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern) haben unsere Tage in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden in der Wohnung was man benötigt und genügend Platz um alles zu verstauen. Die Zimmer haben alle Air Condition und das Zimmer im 2. Stock ist gross mit eigenem Bad. Die Terrasse ist herrlich mit tollen Blick auf die Berge und freien Blick ins Grüne. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand von Calvi und zum Supermarkt. Auch das Zentrum von Calvi lässt sich bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen (andere Städte und herrliche Strände sowie auch in die Berge). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellente découverte de l'île de beauté.

Bel appartement en dupleix lumineux et fonctionnel, bien équipé, calme et très bien placé à proximité immédiate de la plage, de la gare, du centre historique de Calvi, des départs de randonnées et des commerces. Un livret d'accueil détaillé et précis. Une terrasse face à la montagne très plaisante, trois chambres confortables, deux salles de bain dont une avec baignoire, et une douche italienne. Un petit bémol, une odeur déplaisante dans le syphon de la salle de bain du rdc du début à la fin de notre séjour. Notre léger regret : un seul jeu de clé, alors que nous étions trois couples d'amis. Nous avons dû jongler avec des doubles de clés de la boite à lettres pour ne pas rester "enfermés dehors". Il nous semble donc souhaitable de fournir aux locataires à venir une deuxième trousseau complet de l'appartement et du portail, ou à défaut un passe supplémentaire portillon & portail.

Séjour formidable en Corse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très accueillant, fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé entre plages et commerces. Les deux terrasses très au calme permettent de se reposer ou de prendre les repas dehors. Les ballades possibles sont nombreuses et les baignades sur les plages également. Que des points positifs qui donnent envie de revenir.
