Words fail to describe this experience
The pictures & walkthroughs will never live up to what it is actually like to stay at this property. Rooms are large and all of the beds are comfortable. You never feel cramped. We spent the majority of the time outside by the pool & spa when we weren’t at the hockey rink. The private neighborhood was immaculately well kept. The landscaping & decorating of the grounds blended together to create this amazing relaxed social atmosphere. Waking up early, making coffee and walking out to the quiet pool outside your door was a feeling I’ll never forget. We were treated like royalty by the staff on site. William and his team were able to answer any questions we had. 13/10 we will be back again with our team. Everyone was blown away by this trip.

Beautiful architecture great layout of home But the decorating is not complete They lack pictures on the walls etc Pool gorgeous but very difficult to “lifeguard “ young children because there are so many places that your view of obstructed Host very responsive and quick to respond d just lacks warmth on check in no welcome basket and only lengthy instructions and warnings not as welcoming Overall everyone had a great time and really enjoyed swimming

Family Vacation
Every year my family and I go somewhere together and this time we picked Palm Springs and they all loved the house! It was beautiful and we stayed in the pool the entire time. It felt like we were at a resort and would definitely stay there again. Owner was so nice and welcoming. Perfect trip!

Excellent property for multiple families
We had four families with two kids each. Having the casitas and multiple areas for families was perfect our big group. The pool and hot tub were a HUGE hit! We would definitely stay again and recommend the property.

Beautiful, clean property and loved having the two separate casitas since we have a big family. We had a wonderful time at this home and the pool was fun for the kids. Everyone stayed entertained with the game room, it was a perfect teen hang out. Manager was easy to work with and we would definitely rent this house another time.

This was the perfect house for our bridal party and they dates and a couple family members!
First off, William the property manager is incredible and very communicative! The pool is incredible as well as hot tub! The entire set up really helps the guests feel like they have their private own spaces! We are already talking about an annual trip for anniversary with our closest friends! Highly recommend and the security was very nice and accommodating!

Impressive House For An Incredible Weekend
This place is bigger and better than the pictures give justice to! Myself and 24 friends used to property for an engagement celebration weekend. The incredible rooms and room sizes were a hit by everyone. Plenty of space for everyone to hang together or spread out across the game room with ping pong table + shuffle board, or the pool, or the many outdoor living areas. I would 100% recommend spending a weekend here with a big group of people.

Good property for large groups. Good kitchen set up. Excellent pool and outside amenities. Lacks sufficient seating for meals for large groups. Family Thanksgiving Trip
We always struggle to find a large enough house for our annual Thanksgiving trip. This property was absolutely perfect. The location was perfect and made us feel safe being a gated community. The pool was great. The heating was a little complicated but the hosts were very communicative and helped out immediately, at any time during the day. Another huge plus is every bedroom mostly has an attached bathroom which was super convenient. Would definitely rent from them again. They have multiple properties in the community that fits many size families. Thank you!

Best family reunion ever!
Beautiful house and property. Communication was easy and the staff very responsive. The kids were in the pool from early morning until after supper. Plenty of space to gather or break into small groups for conversation. The last night we pushed back the furniture, opened the door wall and had an EPIC dance party! Thank you Richard and William. We’ll never forget this vacation and look forward to returning.

Best Christmas Get Together
What a time we had! Spent our family Christmas get together at Casa Bordeaux with family members ranging from 4 to 90! Everyone was so pleased with having their own rooms and enjoyed all the things that were available to do. We had some mean games of ping pong and shuffleboard and the pool and hot tub were used daily by all ages. The house is very well appointed and had everything in the kitchen that we needed for all of our meals. Our manager William was a delight to work with, always available, and incredibly patient with all my questions. My mother keeps thanking me for finding the "perfect house" where we had the most wonderful family Christmas and where many great memories were made. I highly recommend this home and we have already started talking about returning!

Amazing trip!!!
William and Rick were life savers!! After my previous villa got cancelled unexpectedly, William answered my panicked phone call on a Sunday before a holiday at 6pm. He was very kind and understanding of my situation. We had 30 girls staying for a bachelorette party and this villa delivered all we could need! The house was clean and large enough for all girls to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had enough dinnerware for everyone! The pool was the highlight of the house! If we were not out exploring the area, we were in the pool! The neighborhood felt very safe. William & Rick were in contact with me the whole weekend making sure we were having a great time. They both were very responsive to all my questions and helped assist in anything we needed. My sister definitely enjoyed her bachelorette party! Thanks William and Rick!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing wedding weekend
We rented this house along with one other property for our wedding weekend. The place really is incredible! The rooms are spacious and the pool area is absolutely to die for. Everyone really enjoyed themselves here!! We all took advantage of the games, the pool and whirlpool, and the putting green. We had some issues with the WiFi when we arrived which was fixed during our stay. Rick was professional and helpful through it all and we would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add labels to the light switches or provide a guide for what is controlled by what. At the end of each night we tried all switches before we got the lights we wanted off to go off. Some outdoor pool lights I believe are automatic and not able to be controlled. But overall we had a really great weekend here!

I could say a lot about the experience, but to summarize: house is beautiful, bit of wear and tear but to be expected with a vacation rental. No pool table but tons of other activities so plenty to do. The management company is great to the extent we interacted with them, but we primarily interacted with the homeowner, who was quite frankly kind of rude (only reason for 4 stars). Every year for 5 years we have stayed at the same large house in La Jolla, and switched it up to Palm Springs this year. The weather was cooler than expected, so we asked to turn on pool heater (ok with the increased charge to do so) and pool lights. Without going into too much detail all the interactions surrounding this situation seemed to annoy the homeowner and we received somewhat condescending and annoyed responses. For the price of the house, why not just have the management company deal with the communications rather than get annoyed when guests have simple requests. The whole interaction just lacked class and left a sour taste. Anyhow, nice house and would recommend for large groups, especially families with children because the house is secured by walls.

Great, but not perfect
We rented this villa for our family reunion. We had a big group of 30 people and we needed a place with enough space, bedrooms, and a pool to enjoy the event. The villa met most of our expectations, but there were a few hiccups that could've been avoided. First, the villa is in a secluded gated area, so it felt safe with good privacy. We rented the place in the middle of summer and was concerned about adequate AC and a pool that would remain cool and refreshing. The pool turned out wonderful, even with an outside temperature of 115 it remained refreshing. The pool was the best part of the property, the children spent hours playing in it, and it became the center of our celebration. Checking into the villa, however, had some hiccups. The ac in two of the rooms did not come on. One of the room was missing a shade. In the kitchen, only two of the six stoves worked. The house had many switches to control lights, fans, and shades, but the property guide did not provide any help in explaining things. To exacerbate things, the checkin time was 3pm, by the we unpacked and realized the problems, we tried to call the property manager to get help. But no one would answer our calls or texts. Finally, a technician replied, but it was too late in the day to come to help. If it were not for this hiccup, we would give this property a 5 star rating. We do appreciate that the owner decided to give us a $500 refund for the discomfort we experienced in the first evening.

This property was perfect to spend a long weekend with my favorite friends and our spouses. Everyone had their own suite, i have a bunch of single friends too so we threw them in the over oversized master suite. Kitchen was great for preparing all the meals. Several of us played ping pong and shuffleboard. They were added perks. The pool, misters and outdoor space was amazing. He floated and chatted in the pool for hours. Christopher was great too. From when I booked until,the day we checked out. He was kind, polite and very helpful with my million questions,, (this is what happens when one of your besties is a professional event planner). You will not be disappointed staying here.

Family Reunion
The house and grounds were laid out perfectly for our family of 16 to 19 members arriving from Alaska, Florida and California. Ages 7 to 77. The 20 year old couples loved the pool and game area and the 3 bedrooms close to it. Everyone appreciated having their own bed/bathrooms. The casitas were great for us older adults to escape from the younger ones enjoying themselves inside. The pool was perfectly warmed and AC handled the heat wonderfully. Stores, golf, bike riding and eating locations were all very close by. We are avid VRBO users and the only areas of concern were the following, and they are kind of nit picky: 2 of the 6 ovens didn't work, ice maker quit working 2nd day, no hair dryers or clothes hangers in bedrooms, no welcome book that provides info regarding house and area. No dishes, etc in casitas: There were frig's and convection ovens but nothing else except a coffee pot. Fire pit was almost impossible to get to unless you were young and could jump up. There was a brand new bbq which was terrific, yet no frig and what looked like drawers were full of junk & dirty. We did have an issue with the pool & listers. Chris the property manager responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Would we return? Most likely, but not when it's 110 - 127 all week. All in all, it's a great property in a convenient location that would be more enjoyed without the heatwave we experienced.

Great Weekend Getaway
Our crew loved this place. It was just what we all needed, allowing everyone their own space but wonderful communal spaces that everyone could enjoy. The pool was fantastic and the putting green was an awesome addition. We all had a great time! Hope to be back!

This place is AMAZING!
This place was gorgeous and the photos do not do it justice. It was our own private resort and the entire place was so clean. Chris the property manager was so helpful and came over to show us the house and how everything worked. He let us know he was always available. We loved the place and can't wait to come back.
