Superb small villa for 6/8 people quiet (REALES sector - AYGUAL 500m from the beach, shops nearby.) Type T4 (3 bedrooms) with mezzanine and large garden well wooded and equipped.
It consists of entrance, bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140, bedroom 2 with 2 pull-out beds, bedroom 3 1 bed 90, bathroom, separate toilet, a living room (with a sofa bed) which overlooks the terrace with BBQ and the private garden well wooded and not overlooked!
The kitchen is separate and equipped (+ washing machine).
The mezzanine was converted into a sleeping area with a 120 bed.
