In the garage, you'll find a fleet of four mountain bikes, sleds, and snowshoes to use all winter, as well as a Ping-Pong table for nightly family tournaments. After days spent skiing or hiking on the surrounding slopes, you'll have shared use of a community hot tub, a 70-inch TV in the living room, and a 60-inch TV in the lofted bonus area (cable TV has the HD DVR package of 162 channels which includes the STARZ movie channels on both TV), and all the comfortable space you need for spending time with your loved ones.

This home enjoys the perfect location for adventures on the slopes, as the Eagle Express lift is only one mile (a five-minute drive) northwest. The heart of the Village - which is home to an array of restaurants, shops, and regular events - is less than two miles north. You'll also be ideally positioned if you want to work out at the Snowcreek Athletic Club (a quarter-mile north, a daily fee applies), tee off at the Snowcreek Golf Course (less than a mile east), or experience some of the region's most wonderful hiking, fishing, and mountain biking in the Mammoth Lakes Basin. Free shuttle stop #2 is a four-minute walk from the front door.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Located in the meadow area of Mammoth in Phase 6 of Snowcreek, adjacent to Snowcreek Golf Course. Red line shuttle stop on Old Mammoth road and at Snowcreek Athletic Club located nearby. Eastern Sierra Transit/Dial-A-Ride is available to transport you around town for $3-$4 per person.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
