Beautiful apartment on the ground floor located in a corner building on private street. 2 blocks from beach, shops, restaurants and public transportation.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with private laundry room and equipped kitchen . Roomy bedrooms and living room with 42 inches TVs with Netflix, youtube live news channel.
Professionally decorated with colorful tones to have a relaxed.
Roof top terrace with partial view of ocean, bbq grill, table and chairs, bathroom (on the 4th floor no elevator).
1 car parking stop .
There’s no pool in the building but ocean is 4 min walk 2 blocks away. There are 2 portable foldable chairs for the beach.
New ANYTIME FITNESS GYM at 6 min walk at the “Camino al mar” towers. Mandatory weekly cleaning visits included in the rental on long stays. Theres no balcony at the apartment .
