Gîte, South Finistère, for 4 people. In a farmhouse recently restored. Calm and soothing place, located in full nature in the middle of 30 hectares of groves.
5 minutes from all facilities, 10 minutes from beaches and harbors bigoudens and 20 minutes from Sainte-Marine and Benodet.
Separate element of a farmhouse, 70 m2, within the enclosed area of a farmyard. Terrace facing south, with barbecue with access to a lawn and a pergola.
Storage space for bike, deckchair, surfboard, etc. Private parking.
Inside, warm colors and light have been favored; the furniture is simple and welcoming with electric heating. On the ground floor, the living room of 20m2 includes an equipped kitchen and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms of 25 and 18 m2, each with a bed of 160/200. A mini channel and a screen and a DVD player, Wifi.
The spirit prevailing at Kerlan is that of respecting the laws of nature and our investment in ecological principles and sustainable development.
