Just a short stroll away, you’ll find a lovely park complete with public restrooms and basketball courts, offering a perfect spot for leisurely afternoons. Absolutely one parking space is free with the rental of this beach house ( left side ). The other part of the driveway must be kept open and unused., along with ample free street parking in the neighborhood. Parking is available directly in front of the house, and you'll find that street parking is plentiful and free in the nearby area. Do be aware there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood, but rest assured, the house is situated three buildings away from the site.
