This charming, rustically decorated 2nd-floor flat without lift is located near the Parc du Pointeau in Saint-Brevin-l'Océan and just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
Equipped and furnished to provide you with all the comforts you need for a great holiday (dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, storage space, etc.), it enjoys a beautiful sea view over the beach at Saint-Brevin-les-pins and the bridge at Saint-Nazaire. Sleeping 4 people, it has one bedroom with a 140cm bed and one bedroom with 2 90cm beds opening onto a pleasant balcony (also giving access to the living room).
Parking inside the residence.
A SUPPLEMENT OF €50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES ON SUNDAYS, TO BE PAID ON SITE.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking.
