Condo is Steps from the Free Park City Bus Stop to take to Ski Resorts and Historic Main Street. Grub Steak Restaurant is across the street as well as other walk-able Bars, Restaurants and Retail shops. The Free Shuttle bus stops right by my condo entrance and can take you to Main Street and the Resorts within 5 minutes. During Sundance, there is a screening theater on site and several, (including Eccles Theater) are within walking distance. Kimball Art Center is also walking distance ( about a 5 to 10 minute walk). Beautiful Mountain Views from Deck. Weekend reservations- if reserved for 1 night will be charged for 2.

We got in a little later than we wanted to. It was a small cozy place looked great. Then tried to sleep and it just would not happen, I tried to prop the head of the bed up so that we would not have blood rushing to our head all night. Then turned and put our heads at the foot of the bed. My wife could not sleep so we packed up and left at 3:00 AM. Other than this it was a nice place.
This condo at Prospector is a very good option. It is a great price for a great location. Minutes from the slopes and great restaurants. Amenities are very nice and high includes a hot tub and gym. We arrived and it was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Stayed for a few days of skiing. Great location for going to town and close to Park City and Deer Valley. The free bus/shuttle stop is right in front of the property so you can just leave your car at home.
This condo was a perfect spot for us. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the free town shuttle allowed us to get to anywhere we wanted to go in Park City or Deer Valley. Would highly recommend this location.

Great little studio! My stay was very comfortable and quiet. There are lots and lots of restaurants and shops very close. Everything was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again.
We stayed two nights and the room was clean. It was quiet- off season I know but very quiet. The location was an easy drive to the downtown Park City. For the money, this is an excellent place to stay.
This condo worked out very nicely for our trip to Park City. It was a great location, the bus to mainstreet worked really well. It was clean and comfortable.
Very nice studio condo in a great location, especially for skiiing at Park City Village. The busses are free to get around town and Prospector is a main stop for the bus system. Definetly will look to return!
Our stay was wonderful the location was perfect to access the bus system and ski/ enjoy park city. I would 100 percent recommend this place and the host was very responsive and accommodating!
Had a great few days at the property- had difficulty getting into the parking lot due to a huge amount of snow that day (Sunday and a holiday). Was able to park the next day in the right parking lot met a friendly neighbor that helped us. Very easy to take bus to downtown and the mountain. Condo is stocked with everything for a comfortable stay. Definitely want to go back.
For my husbands birthday I booked this to enjoy escaping the heat where we live. It was as always a wonderful visit to park city and the condo was perfect!!!!

I, Karen Porter, moved out to Utah in 1982 to go to college where I could ski and honestly, I skied lots and lots. Wow, thought I had died I and gone to heaven. Coming from Montauk Point Long Island, I grew up on the water but always had a wonderlust for the mountains of the west. When I made it to Utah and experienced the best skiing of my life, I knew I had found home.
My husband Fred grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Utah in 1997. Utah had a unique appeal to him since he could live in a city, continue his aerospace career and still ski and mountain bike ride before or after a day at the office.
I tease him that he came to Utah to find me! Fred and I met on a private ski hut trip in the Selkirk Mountain Range of Canada. From the minute I saw him I knew my life was about to change. Fred and I have been married almost ten years and we have an adorable son. I guess the rest is yet to come.

The Trail Side Location is Spectacular and My Property is on the Park City Free Transit System Bus Route. Historic Main Street and the Ski Areas are just a 5 Minute Bus Ride. It is Truly More Convenient than Driving and Much for Cost Efficient. The Property has a Beautiful Pool, Hot Tub, Conference Center and is a Sundance Venue.

My Fantastic Studio Offers the Flexibility of a King Murphy Bed and Love Seat Twin Sofa Sleeper. The linens are Quality and the Fluffy Pillows have Pillow protectors as well as Quality Cases. The Home is Upgraded and Remodeled. I Personally Deep Clean the Condo Bi- Annually so Housekeeping has a fantastically Clean Condo to start with. I can assure You that My Condo is Super Clean and Well Appointed. The Pots and Pans are of High End Quality and I also Supply Cooking Oil, Salt and Pepper and some Spices. I want my condo to feel Like a Home Away from Home. Even though my rates are cheap, nothing else in the condo is. You will be thrilled.
