Two huge decks loaded with rockers, game room and hot tub on the upper deck! All in a semi secluded wooded setting in the Beautiful Black Bear Falls Community.
The Cocoa Cabin is a true log cabin loaded with enough amenities and to lighten the load when traveling, a well-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, iron and hair dryers, charcoal grill just pick up the charcoal. The Cabin is in the beautifully landscaped exclusive Black Bear Falls Community accessed from all paved & maintained roads, and Location accurate with Google Maps or Waze. Easy, right!!! Located within a short distance to all the area has to offer Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! You also have seasonal access to the community heated pool! The Cabin is our new get a way to gather with the family we were given and the family we have chosen, we want to share with you!
At The Cocoa Cabin all guest suites are divided between all three floors, PRIVACY!
The spacious master suite is located on the top floor!
On the main level you'll find a large open family gathering space with a sleeper sofa, and a 60in Smart TV, Spectrum Cable & the high-speed internet So you can stream all your favorite shows! A large dining table seating 8. A well-equipped kitchen to whip up a meal if you choose! Head outside to a huge upper deck with a private hot tub for a nice relaxing soak or just rock and chat away in the rockers! You'll also find another king suite!
Last but far from least the lower entertainment level! This level features a 50" SmartTV and XBOX 360+the high-speed internet is perfect for the gamer. You could watch your favorite Sports Teams while finding some friendly competition playing pool on the 8ft table. This level also features a full-size washer and dryer and a King Suite with attached full bathroom you can head outside and relax with a book on the huge lower level deck!

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
