Renovated house in Chéray (St-Georges-d'Oléron) 3 bedrooms, up to 8 people

Village house for up to 8 people on the basis of an old stone cellar completely renovated in spring 2019 located in Chéray, commune of St Georges d'Oléron isolated at the end of a dead end.

80 m² of living space on all of the 2 levels + 50 m² outside.

Large living room kitchen of approximately 35 m² with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, coffee maker, new toaster ...) utility room utility room with washing machine and storage; Separate WC.

Living room + new 32 '' flat screen TV; bay windows giving direct access to the outside with terrace with Weber barbecue + plancha plate; no vis à vis closed stone walls.

3 bedrooms upstairs with storage:

a master suite with 160 * 200 bed with 32 '' TV + 90 * 190 bed + 1 folding bed with new baby mattress and large closet with shelves for storage.
a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 * 190 + 1 bed of 90 * 190.
a bedroom with 160 * 200 bed and large closet with shelves for storage.

SDB with double basin + walk-in shower 120 * 80 with WC on the floor.

Private outdoor shower on the terrace with hot water for the return from the beach.

Proximity to all shops and the Chéray market (Carrefour Market, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, grocery store, restaurants ...) free beach shuttle stop 80 m from the house and cycle paths and bike rental nearby and leisure park des Prés Valet (Ti Bato, skate park, basketball court, pétanque, fishing, zip line, inflatable games ...).

From a medical point of view, you have a pharmacy, a medical office and nurses on site in Chéray.

You only have to put your car in the parking lot 50 m from the house and enjoy everything on foot or by bike.

Beaches a few minutes on each side of the island.

Très bon séjour

Nous avions sélectionné la maison de Laurent pour son emplacement assez proche de la maison de nos amis. Nous avons pu aller à pied les retrouver. L’impasse est tres calme. Proximité des commerces à pied. La maison est très bien agencée, cuisine complète, très bonne literie. La cour est un plus, nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners dehors. Nous avons même utilise la douche extérieure, très agréable Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nice holiday cottage

Great week for a family with 2 kids (4 people), would be a bit crowded for more people. Good spot to explore the island, bakery, market halls and supermarket within walking distance is very handy. Beach not in walking distance, but accessible easily with car or bike. Cupboard or storage space in bedrooms to unpack clothes would be appreciated by future guests. When we arrived, house was not dirty as such, but not super clean either (a bit dusty, windows not cleaned, food left in the kitchen which had rotten). Given the fact we were charged 190 Euro extra for towels and end of stay cleaning, I hope the next guests will find a bit cleaner house than we did. Laurent was very helpful and prompt with any question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the lovely renovated cottage in this beautiful location. Thank you!

Sonniger Sommer in der Mitte der Île d'Oléron

Wir hatten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern wunderbare Ferien in diesem schönen Haus! Es war toll, mit den Rädern die unterschiedlichen Seiten der Insel zwischen Marais, Strand und Wald zu besuchen. Das Haus selbst ist wunderbar, gut ausgestattet und ganz ruhig gelegen! Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Gerne wieder :)

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit im liebevoll eingerichteten und ruhig, aber zentral gelegenen Ferienhaus verlebt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und flexibel. Es war alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, sodass wir unser Auto nur sehr selten genutzt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Cheray

Ihr Haus in Cheray hat uns allen sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns hier 2 Wochen aufgehalten und waren sehr zufrieden. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses und die Gestaltung des Hauses waren sehr ansprechend und auch die Außendusche im wundervollen Außenbereich waren einfach schön und dazu auch sehr praktisch. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage haben wir unser Auto in 14 Tagen nicht benutzt. Geschäfte und Märkte waren von hier aus zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Auch zu vielen Stränden konnten wir bequem mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Das Vermieterehepaar war freundlich, interessiert und immer hilfsbereit. Perfekt!

Maison très confortable, bien aménagée. Proche des commerces. Très calme. 15 mns en vélo de la plage. Pas d'abri pour les vélos en cas de pluie.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Cheray

Wir waren zu viert als Familie in diesem neu erbauten Haus in einer ruhigen Gasse in Cheray. Das Haus ist sehr schön mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichet und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist modern, bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Viele Teller, Besteck und Gläser. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön, wir konnten dort prima unsere Räder abstellen, abends grillen und auf den gemütlichen Lounge-Möbeln sitzen. Zum täglich stattfindenden Markt waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Perfekt! Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradausflüge ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen. Herr Millereau hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns über das Haus und die Umgebung informiert. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen Ende August/Anfang September und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. A bientot! Harald, Heike, Urs & Lars

De l'iode et du bonheur

Nous n’avons vraiment manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. Le descriptif de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. C’est une maison qui vient d’être rénovée et meublée avec beaucoup de gout. Le propriétaire s’est adapté à nos horaires d’arrivée sans difficultés, je dois dire apprécier le suivi après notre départ pour une bande dessinée oubliée par mon fils derrière un canapé. C’est sans hésitation que nous reviendrions dans cette maison.
