This updated 2nd floor, 950 square foot condo is perfect for water lovers. Close to the beach and yacht club, along with Publix, Mizner Park shopping or just relax by the pool, or have coffee or a drink on the screened in patio. Comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Everything supplied - dishes, towels, coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, nutri-bullet, espresso maker and a wok in the kitchen and sheets, towels, soaps, lotions, bath pillow, iron and board, etc. Just buy your own food. All utilities included - electric, water, basic cable, internet. You can also enjoy a dip in the pool. Board games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Yatzee, playing cards stored in closet. Fresh Herbs on the porch for your use if you like to cook. All you have to do is let me know. Like your own home.
Washing machines available. Installed with hurricane shutters. 3 months min starting at $2500/mo. Longer stays are negotiable. non-smokers only.
Winter and Summer availability. I have contacts in the area for everything, if you do not. Airport pick up, concierge services, cleaning service, etc. for during your stay. If you have specific need, just ask me. If I can do it, I will.

Reasonably priced, clean, everything is supplied and close to all of the water choices: Yacht Club, fishing and the beach. Less than 10 minute to Boca Raton's Mizner Park.
