Central heating. Private land of 1,200 m². Storage room for bicycles, fishing and wood. The owner has preserved the character of the house (ornamental fireplace, local stone...) and its integration into the landscape, in a wooded region, with numerous bodies of water nearby. This converted barn has been converted into a gîte, boasting a wealth of character (stone vaults, wood, etc.) and offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Free discovery walks are available from the gîte. The price includes: - Cold water
