Studio enjoying a closed garage within the residence. Local bike. Local sailboards. Also parking spaces in front of the residence. In front of the entrance of the residence, you will find the Salines de Carnac!


Studio configuration: ground floor. Entrance to:
- a large closet-wardrobe (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board)
- a spacious bathroom with shower, large vanity, cabinet with drawer, mirror, cupboard and washing machine and toilet.
- a living room with new kitchen fully open A / E (built-in fridge, hood, oven, gas plates, storage, worktop. Numerous storage. And of course all the necessary (crockery, battery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ....) as at home. Gas boiler in built-in cabinet.

For an ultra-comfortable bed (mattress 18 cm), you will enjoy a wardrobe bed (140 cm) with integrated sofa. It's a real folding bed on the couch for optimum space savings. It opens and folds in 3 seconds.
Armchair, ottoman, coffee tables, hanging TV storage furniture.

A large bay window (electric shutters) opens onto the paved terrace, facing south, private and closed: garden furniture, chiliennes ....  Electric awning.

Our animal friends are not accepted.
Non-smoking apartment.
Provide bed linen and house. We can rent it with bed made on arrival.
Cleaning fees: 30 €
Deposit of 800 €.
Saturday rental from 14h00 until the following Saturday departure before 10h00.
