Peaceful 2BR/2BA condo is steps/elevator away from crystal clear water and beautiful white sandy beach. No need to cross any streets - great for families with kids! Eastern exposure balcony provides beautiful sunrises, shaded afternoons and a nice view of the pool - great for chilling out. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Master: King bed, 2nd BR: 2 full beds. 2 Bathrooms with tub and showers. Open space Living Room and Dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and Breakfast Bar. Linens and towels provided...all you need to do is show up with your swimsuit. We even provide Beach Towels! Cable TV, Free Wi/Fi, Free Long Distance phone service (U.S./Canada); laundry facilities on each floor. 1 reserved parking spot. Non-Smoking/No Pets. Elevator access. Private pool area with lounges. You just need to show up with a swimming suit. Beach just down the elevator or stairs. Easy access to many popular attractions in the Tampa Bay area as well as local shopping, restaurants and Tampa airports is 30 minutes away. Four-night minimum stay during non-peak season. This condo was just as decribed. It is right on the beach which was so nice. The pool was very clean,and the grounds were immaculate. The closet on the balcony had many beach chairs, unbrellals, and sand toys. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 beacause the rug in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, and there wasn't a lot of towels. We had to pay 6 to wash and dry them. The communication from the owner was good, check in very easy. Sharkeys is within walking distance. There were other places like The Salt Rock which would be a much longer walk. I would stay here again.

Unit was clean and roomy. Only downside was that the patio overlooks the road.

The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing we needed for the week was provided in the condo. The only thing missing was a beach view, but that was my fault as I assumed the condo had a view, but I never inquired about it with the owner. We adjusted to that and had a nice visit.

Christmas Trip

It was me and my kids. It was our first family vacation. First time to the beach for the youngest. It was our first trip after losing my middle child. So there were a lot of firsts for us, The condo was clean and comfy. It didn’t have a beach view as I thought it did but that was my fault must of read it wrong but the beach was just on the other side, so that was nice. We were there for 6 days and there was a lot of early morning construction half of those days that woke everyone up by 7am. That was a little frustrating. The place to eat in the welcome package, well 3 of those were closed So it was a little harder finding somewhere local. All in all it was a pretty good trip and we were thankful for the family getaway. And the safe and cozy place we had to stay.

Perfect Location for a chill beach trip

Condo had everything you needed to hop off a plane and head to the beach. Check in process was easy and clearly delivered. Guide book in the condo was helpful finding places to eat!

Beach Vacay

We had a nice time. My sister(81) is on a walker and an elevator was a big plus. My niece (52) & nephew(8) also came. We wanted a beach front property & this condo was great for us. Very nice time.

Short Family Trip

Very spacious condo, nice patio to watch the sunrise. The only thing that wasn’t great was where the parking spot was because when it rained, there was a pool under my car. Other than that very easy to get where you need! The beach was beautiful and good places to eat!

This place was very nice and cozy! Everything it said it was and more! We had a great time and would stay again! My husband got extremely excited when he saw the Atari and the games it had with it lol so that was a bonus!! All you really need to bring is your clothes and sunscreen!!😁😁

Beach vacation

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Close to lots of activities in Clearwater, Tampa and St Pete but also low key, quiet not super crowded beach.

Beautiful condo and area

This was 1st time staying in this area and it was a beautiful area. There is aTrolley you can take to Clearwater and down to St Petersburg. Slyce Pizza was very good but they have many places to eat. This is a good family place to stay and the condo had almost everything you need. The laundry was basically right outside the condo so that was very convenient.

Excellent vacation!

Tom and Michelle’s place was fantastic, great location and a wonderful apartment. The carpeted living space was a nice surprise, making it more homey than other rentals. And the closet full of sand toys and beach chairs was super helpful! We would stay again for sure.

This unit is in bad need of updates and detailed cleaning. Ceiling fans had lots of dust on them so we did not turn them on. Kitchen island vertical service had smudge marks from probably feet or food. Vertical blinds in the living room are missing three or four blinds. Bedroom blinds are not room darkening and lets light from the aterum. The furniture is filthy and needed to be covered with beach towels to feel comfortable sitting. Carpet is old and also filthy. The bed did not have fitted sheets but the host did replace the sheets. Towels are old as well,host added more towels after request. It is not in my nature to post a critical review put we feel we were cheated. It was disappointing... The area is great and renting elsewhere next year.

Beach time

Spacious condo, nice comfortable furniture, everything you need for beach time is in the closet. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and much more. Just get off the elevator and the beach is there. Off Gulf blvd in a great location many restaurants and stores can be walked to. We will stay her again

Great Condo and location

We stayed over the 4th and overall had a very good experience. Pros: PIctures on VRBO don't do the condo enough justice - good furniture, kitchen amenities, cleanliness and living area. It's very large, good for families with young kids. Beach and pool extremely close. There is excellent sound insulation on the street side - barely heard traffic while sitting in the living area. The owners were responsive and had good check in/out details prior to and upon arrival and provided a key for the stairwell, which it seems may not be the case for all of the units in the building (see below). Cons: The elevator malfunctioned several times during our stay. 3 instances of guests stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes while waiting on the fire dept to arrive. The elevator was closed for multiple days of our trip which meant we had to use the stairwell. The onsite managers would not allow the stairwell door to be propped open, which is understandable, however this meant keeping a stairwell key on your person at all times to return to your floor. Second floor unit so climb is not bad for younger but may be tough for older renters. Bedrooms are on inside of the building and the noise from the halls can be very loud even after quiet hours. Water pressure (particularly toilet) is very weak. I understand building issues are out of the owners hands so I rated a 5 for condo and owner help, but they have to be considered when renting and it would bring my true rating down to a 4.

Beautiful ocean view

This was the perfect spot for my family. We came for a softball tournament that was in Madeira beach. We were only 12 minutes away from the beautiful fields and only steps to get to the water. I recommend this condo. The owner was great with communication.
