Located in a historic brownstone and premier street in Paulus Hook - Prime Location! Picture Perfect 1 bedroom/1 bath condo offering gleaming wood floors, pristine kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and large outdoor deck. The bdrm is spacious w/ its own prvte lrge balcony. Nearby all major transportation - ferry to NYC, light rail, bus and PATH - and downtown Jersey City shopping and restaurants. We just started with short term rentals and adjusting as we host more guests. A TV needs to be added soon. Laundry in unit and plenty of storage. New tankless hot water heater and hydronic heating system good for those with allergies.

We're very active couple with a kid. We're engage in all winter sports and during the summer we sail, surf, paddle boarding, hike, and windsurf. One of us is learning how to play tennis.

Lower accommodation prices than Manhattan and still very close and convenient to reach any part of the city. For work and events, even staying in parts of Manhattan would not guarantee you the closeness to downtown at affordable prices.
