Excellent setting for relaxing and peaceful summer holidays is Villa Arya, a fantastic country house located in San Vito dei Normanni, perfect for those who want to enjoy the serenity of our countryside, without being far from the centers of the Apulian nightlife, such as Ostuni , the famous White City, located just 12 km from Villa Arya, and the center of San Vito dei Normanni, just 3 km away.

Furthermore, the position of the villa allows you to easily reach the oasis of Torre Guaceto, which is 8 km away, with its unspoiled nature and its paradisiacal beaches.
Villa Arya is a beautiful country house of 110 square meters, consisting of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds and a cot.
It has a rustic and comfortable style and furniture, in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. It has a large outdoor area with attention to the smallest details, which includes a large veranda suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners but also for small afternoon refreshments accompanied by birdsong and cicadas.

The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful English lawn with attention to the smallest details with ornaments that recall our roots amplifying the beauty of this place.
To frame it always green trees and flowers.
There is certainly no shortage of comforts such as a rocking chair, deckchairs, chairs and garden table, and there is also an outdoor shower for those who, in the summer months, never want to leave the sun.

Finally, the living area offers a swimming pool, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and coffee machine. The villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Very important thing: our four-legged friends can relax in our Villa.

Great place to relax off the tourist track
We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful relaxing time. The villa is very well equipped and stocked with a welcome pack, condiments, etc. Our hosts created a selection of outdoor spaces so you can follow the sun around the garden, which even has a pomegranate tree. The area is very peaceful, but impossible to walk to a shop or bar. The local towns have extensive selections of takeaways and restaurants. Highly recommended

Very nice property with noisy wedding hotel next door
The property itself is very nice and super clean. The only major problem was that the neighboring wedding hotel threw parties both Friday and Saturday with outdoor live music and disco. We needed earplugs to sleep! This contrasts the description of a quiet and relaxing environment quite a bit. The real location of the property was not revealed until we discovered we had been pointed to an intersection 1.5 kilometers away. This made it impossible to discover the wedding hotel ourselves. We complained that the online listing did not warn about possible weddings next door and requested a compensation. We got none. We had good communication (otherwise) and help from the property staff, and had (except for the two nights) a nice stay. We can recommend this place Sunday-Thursday, but expect parties Friday-Saturday. We suggest updating the description of the online listing with the possible parties in weekends and a more precise position, to avoid surprises.

A fabulous holiday home in Puglia
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property suited our family of four perfectly, with lots of space to be together and to have individual quiet time when needed. The outside areas, around the pool at the side and under the covered area at the front were perfect for relaxing and eating. The pool was brilliant - very clean and a good size. The furniture around the pool was plentiful and the two outside showers were useful too. The inside of the property was fantastic, even if the kitchen was very small. The beds were clean and very comfortable and the bathroom gave us everything we needed. The table and sofa offered comfortable inside seating we wanted when it was time to shelter from the mosquitos at dusk! Overall, I couldn't recommend the property more highly. The owners were fantastic, on hand to help when we needed them and they gave us a wonderful welcome on our first trip to Italy.

Wonderful stay in San Vito dei Normandi
The property is so lovely, the setting and pool is amazing and the house was perfectly clean and comfortable for our family stay. A welcome food hamper focaccia and wine was very much appreciated. On arrival the host and her daughter greeted us and during our stay resolved any issue that arose promptly and efficiently. The location is great for visiting Ostuni, Lecce, Polognia la Mer and Matera were beautiful. I would highly recommend this property - thank you

Villa stupenda
Abbiamo passato un soggiorno meraviglioso. Villetta situata in campagna ma in posizione strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi località ( Ostuni a soli 15 minuti). La proprietà è dotata di ogni comfort possibile e la signora Rita ha davvero pensato ad ogni minimo dettaglio: dal cesto di benvenuto pieno di prelibatezze del territorio, agli ingredienti fondamentali in qualsiasi cucina come sale e olio. Dal phon al ferro da stiro, dai prodotti per l’igiene personale ai detersivi per casa e bucato. Non mancava davvero nulla, pulizia eccellente e biancheria di qualità. I condizionatori quasi non servono perché la proprietà è fresca all’interno. L’esterno è arredato finemente e quella piscina sarà difficile da dimenticare. Nel complesso, un soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere prestissimo!
