Beautiful apartment crossing furnished on the embankment, seafront of 64 m² on the 7th floor with elevator.
South West oriented. In a quiet private residence. rooms, corridor, kitchen stay, toilet redone in new June 2019.
Suitable for 4 people.
The apartment includes: Entrance leading directly to the fully equipped kitchen (cutlery provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, combined oven microwave oven, coffee machine, tea machine, wine cellar ... ) Living room, sofa and armchair with television facing the sea with a large outdoor terrace of 7 m². Bathroom with a shower and a basin with storage shelf and a washing machine (towels and towels provided)
Independent toilet.
Large closet all along the hallway with a wardrobe and shelves.
Two bedrooms with large bed of 160 cm. Summer duvet and duvet cover + pillowcases provided.

A Beautiful Apartment

What a lovely location with superb views over the sea. Very relaxing. Sunshine all afternoon, A short walk to the beach and lovely rock pools just below the apartment for swimming in too when the tide was right. A great kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. A good butcher, boulangerie, fish shop and carrefour city just a short walk away. We had a great time, absolutely superb!

Séjour aux Sables d'Olonne

Excellent séjour dans un appartement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé, couchages confortables et nous avons surtout apprécié la grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et la baie des Sables. Magnifique séjour

Vue splendide, très bel appartement, très bien équipé, cuisine et salon très moderne, belle terrasse, ensoleillée l'après-midi, le store nous a bien servi (période assez chaude en août 2022). Nous avons loué des vélos, ce qui nous permettait de rejoindre le centre en 15-20 minutes. Appartement au calme, coup de coeur assuré!!

De superbes vacances dans un appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle (les marées hautes et basses font changer le décor c'est magique). L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, tout est faisable à pied. Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre. Accueil très chaleureux des hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci pour ces beaux souvenirs.

Très bon séjour

Un effet "waouh" en arrivant , très belle vue. L'appartement est conforme à la description très propre, bien équipé, on peut aller à pieds faire les courses, au restaurant et à la plage. Vu le niveau des prestations je mets un petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui est très propre mais un cran en dessous du reste de l'appartement. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur cadeau d'arrivée. Nous reviendrons certainement pour un week-end à la mer .

Rapport Qualité prix à amméliorer mais c'est en cours

Le salon/salle à manger est en plein soleil tout l'après midi et dans les mois d'été cela devient difficilement supportable. Il manque en fait un store sur le balcon pour faire un peu d'ombre. Sinon il faut fermer les volets... TV: la qualité de réception des images de la télévision est médiocre. Saut d'images intempestifs. Pour le reste tout est parfais. Le propriétaire nous a d'ores et déjà dit vouloir améliorer ces deux points. NB: pour des jeunes couples, la location est idéales. Georges Fons

Calme, confort, vue mer et plage

Bonne communication avec Sébastien et Chrystel avant de venir. Appartement fidèle à la description, agréable, propre, surface bien distribuée. Avec un balcon offrant une très belle vue totalement dégagée sur l’océan, qui était notre critère de sélection principal. A marée haute, l’impression d’être sur un bateau. On ne se lasse pas de cette vue, matin, midi et soir ! Cuisine neuve et moderne, avec du champagne dans le frigo pour nous accueillir. :-) Draps et serviettes fournis. Le quartier est calme, la plage en bas de l’immeuble pour aller se baigner, et les commerces à proximité immédiate (5min à pieds), dont une excellente boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie. Avec une place de parking ce serait parfait. Récupération des clés très facile, très bon accueil et explications très claires de notre hôte Chrystel, également disponible en cas de besoin pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, conforme à nos attentes. Je recommande.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce magnifique appartement avec une vue sur mer spectaculaire. L’appartement, très fonctionnel avec des prestations de qualité, est bien situé, fidèle à la description figurant dans l’annonce. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
