Completely restored two-room apartment in modern style consisting of a large double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a third bed can be added on request. The room has a relaxation corner with two armchairs.

Great location!
5 minutes from train station sohandy to go to Cinque Terre. Lots of restaurants near by. If you need absolute quite then you may want somewhere else as can be noisy till midnight most nights. Would also recommend directions for use of washer in English since controls not familiar to those from US. Great having washer and line to dry.

Genau was wir brauchten
Binnen 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar, mitten des Geschehens in der Fußgängerzone. Man fühlt sich sofort als Teil der Stadt. Frühe Termine sollte man sich aber nicht vornehmen, denn wirkliche Nachtruhe kehrt erst gegen Mitternacht ein. Hübsch und vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung, hell und sehr sauber. Wir würden gerne hier zurück kehren. Lorena ist eine erfahrene, sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Comfortable apartment near the train station and central La Spezia .
Enjoyable 3nights stay in. Ca de Spezia, really central . We were out all day travelling Chinque Terre . It was nice to come back to and relax before going out for dinner later on . Lorena isa great host and kept in contact , to check If we needed anything . We had a great break in La Spezia and a very comfortable stay in Lorenas apartment .

This was a great location for exploring Cinque Terre.
This apartment was perfect for us. It is on the main piazza in La Spezia and is close to many shops and restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station which will take you to any of the villages in 5 - 10 minutes. After visiting the villages of Cirque Terra we realized that they are more isolated and the prices much higher that La Spezia. We enjoyed hiking the beautiful villages of Cirque Terre and then being able to come back to La Spezia for dining and shopping. It provides the best of both worlds. Lorena was great and the apartment was clean and well equipped. We highly recommend Lorena's place.

Great location for Cinque Terra
First great location to be without a car . Only 5 min walk from train station Not a tourist town , but just what we wanted. In a larger town , nice to walk around, close to supermarket. And out door market We eat in and the little kitchen was good. Easy to plan day trips to Cinque Terra and other areas. Has wifi. Small shower.,Good hot water.

Great apartment.
Clean and comfortable. In a great location within easy walk of the train station and the port. We enjoyed our 4 days here very much. Shower is a touch small if you are a bigger person. I'm 105kg and just fit in.

Great place to stay!!!
Lorena was extremely kind and helpful the minute my wife and I arrived to the apartment. The location is minutes away from LA Spezia Centrale station which is only 8-15 minutes train ride to all 5 cinque terre cities. The apartment was clean and newly renovated. She had juice, water and fruit waiting for us when we arrived. She provided information about what to do in La Spezia and was willing to help us out with any other accommodations. The lack of WiFi was the only thing the apartment was lacking to get a perfect 5 out of 5. But if you're travelling to cinque terre frequently the train station has WiFi when you purchase your tickets. Overall great stay.

Parfait pour visiter les 5 Terres
Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour sa localisation proche de la gare dans le but de visiter les 5 terres. On ne pouvait pas trouver mieux: vous y êtes en 5 minutes. En plein centre ville, vous trouvez autour tout ce dont vous avez besoin durant votre séjour: resto, supérette, marché le matin, pharmacie.... De plus, vous êtes à 1/4 d'heure du port: pratique pour la visite en bateau. Après, on a quelques désagréments liés à la localisation: parfois un peu bruyant le soir. L'appartement est simplement équipé, mais il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire; la literie est très confortable. Il est propre et conforme au descriptif. Seul petit bémol, la capacité de la réserve d'eau chaude: trop petite pour 2 douches! Et puis Lorena, qui ne parle pas Français est très accueillante et disponible pour ses hôtes. Et enfin, La Spézia est une jolie ville agréable à parcourir le soir après les randonnées aux 5 terres.

appartement bien situé au centre ville de la Spézia. Propre, bien équipé. emplacement à proximité des commerces, restaurants, gare. permet de visiter les Cinque terre (à faire à pieds et bateau pour avoir 2 approches différentes), Portovenere, Genova, Pise, Lucca accueil sympathique de Loréna. 3 petits bémols : pas de possibilité de stationnement à proximité (parking gratuit assez éloigné) rue piétonne mais assez bruyante (restaurants en face, lieu de passage pour la gare avec les valises à roulettes tôt le matin, véhicule nettoyage idem) douche très petite

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia. The location of this unit was perfect for us. It's close to everything, especially the train station. In addition, the unit was very clean. Perfect place to explore the 5Terra !
We spent two days in Lorena’s apartment we had a wonderful time there. It is the best place if you want to explore the 5Terra – in the city centre, just near the station, restaurants and the harbour. The apartment was nice and clean and there are everything what you need. We felt very comfortable there. Thank you Lorena.

Super séjour chez Lorena !
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement placé au centre ville ainsi que très proche de la gare. Ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la merveilleuse région qui entoure la Ligurie !
