Quiet and Cozy

This property was perfect for our stay. Excellent location, smooth check-in, and great communication with owner. We had a wonderful time. The property is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Will definitely rent this property again for future Bradenton trips!

Wedding stay!

Lovely home in a rural area! Property was very clean! It had what you need to cook a meal and eat comfortably. Great for short stay! Coming in at night is very dark.

Cute little hobbit hutch

This is a nice two bedroom guest house on the corner of a family lot. It's very quiet and peaceful - tucked away but just off of State route 70. Everything was clean and easy and I would definitely recommend to other folks.

Back home visit

We flew into the East Coast for our granddaughter‘s wedding on Valentine’s Day, but then drove over to the Bradenton area on the following Sunday because we used to live here. It was a convenient location for our needs and where we were used to going. would definitely stay here again. neat as a pan and cute as can be. Loved sitting on porch

In town for soccer

We were in town with the kids for the weekend for a soccer tournament and this location and property were perfect. We were less than 10 minutes from the fields and grocery stores/food. The house was clean and just the right size for the 4 of us for two nights.

nice place

We had a very nice stay there for the two nights. the property owners were exceptionally kind and polite. They were very helpful in helping us come up with a way i could use the bed. The beds are really high and couldn't reach to get on the bed. so they came down and fixed the problem right a way and all was great after that. The property was beautiful and very well kept. the house was literally spotless. I give them a 100% satisfaction.

Makkah Paradise

Country feel but lots to do nearby

We had a very nice stay at The Guesthouse. Everything looked new and well maintained, and Roxanne was the best. We were only 20 minutes away from restaurants, and every night was like coming home to a cozy retreat. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Perfection!

The hosts were very kind, reaching out to see if we needed anything. They even provided a pan when my son wanted pot pie for dinner! The home was immaculate, the amenities were thoughtful (they even had extra toiletries in the bathroom). The only issue my husband and I had was that our cell had limited service and the wifi did not really work at the place. My son was able to access everything on his phone. But, if you are planning to use the internet for work...you may not be able to. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! We came for a soccer showcase and the location was ideal for Lakewood Ranch Premiere Campus.

Clean, cozy, and convenient?

This super cute, cozy and convenient guest house is just as its pictured. Appreciated the cleanliness, and all the little extra touches, such as the K-Cups, coffee creamer, tea, and cozy blanket for relaxing on the couch. Would not hesitate to book this place again If we return to the area. There's plenty of space and also appreciated the covered parking space in case you get caught in the rain. If you're coming in the dark just follow the link for directions and it will take you right to the driveway. Plenty of lights so you can also see your at the right place from the picture.

Perfect for Our Stay

This little house was PERFECT for our stay. The house was just as advertised, very clean, and well appointed. It was close to shopping, beach, and most importantly for us, the soccer complex (Lakewood Ranch). The owner checked in with us frequently to be sure we arrived safely, checked in okay, and whether or not we needed anything. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Getaway

We can not say enough good things about our stay. We were most impressed with the attention to detail from coffee to makeup remover pads in the bathroom. Everything was comfortable and clean with a very homey feel. The location was also amazing. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Golf trip

This property is exactly what I was looking for. I played a 2 day tournament at Lakewood ranch and wanted a quiet place. This did not disappoint! The place is clean and modern and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful.
