Rent a nice and pretty 2-room apartment on the ground floor in a secure residence, particularly well located on the edge of the Marina, in the center of all shops.
The apartment has recently been renewed; it has a bedroom + a living room including a kitchenette and a space with two sofa beds; it has most modern amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, fridge-freezer, television, wifi ...). Each room is equipped with an air fan, the bedroom is also equipped with an air conditioner.
A private courtyard and a private terrace overlooking a well-kept tropical garden make it a quiet and charming place. 3 beautiful swimming pools reserved for the residents of this residence, will further enhance your stay, unless you prefer the sea and the beaches, some of which are within walking distance.
For those who prefer not to move, it is possible to shop or go to the beach or to the restaurant without taking a car. It is however easy to rent a car for the day for a getaway to the most beautiful sites of Guadeloupe or even for the whole of your stay.
Rental periods are usually possible december and next november.
Prices are established by the week on the basis of 2 occupants (1st week € 600, 2nd week € 500, 3rd week € 300, 4th week € 200); a supplement may possibly apply for 1 to 2 additional people. These prices include the tenant reception and the cleaning at the end of the stay.

A seasonal rental contract will be established for the stay.
