Summit 407-407A Lockout, also known as “Wait ‘n Sea” is the perfect place for you to vacation in Miramar Beach, Florida. This coastal-chic vacation rental condo is everything that you’ve been looking for and so much more, especially if you are looking for a place with double master suites! You’ll actually have 2 separate condos rented side-by-side: a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom + a studio, 1 bathroom. The owners keep the unit on-trend with current beach style and have just installed new flooring and had the unit freshly repainted!


The full-size kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all of the items you need to fulfill your basic needs, including a coffee maker, blender & toaster. In the studio room, you’ll also have a kitchenette area. The main living room has a 56” flat screen TV & full size sleeper sofa. The first master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" flat screen TV & gulf views out of the balcony access! The master bathroom has a single vanity sink & a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is perfect for the little ones as it has two twin beds and a 37" flat screen TV. The guest bathroom, which is just next door, has a single vanity & a shower/tub combo. The second master is in the lockout, located just off of the living room. This room contains a king size bed made for royalty, a 56" flat screen TV & its own private balcony! In the second master bathroom, you will find double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower & a tub! We dare you to grab a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down over the Gulf of Mexico, and just “Wait ‘n Sea”!
