Excellent location and very safe

This property near metro station M8, a few minutes walking to M6, excellent location. Also, it is very secure and safe. The property is also near grocery store with a few minutes walking distance. Very convenient for travelers.

Good for short stay

We stayed for three nights to explore Paris. This apartment is small but perfect for a short stay and very convenient as the metro train to all of the Paris destinations is very close. There is a gate for security also.

Great place where to stay in Paris.

It is exactly as shown in the pictures, one block from the Metro 🚇 and very convenient facilities near by. We had a great time. The property owner waited for us until we arrived. Everything perfect.

Very happy with the neighborhood. Felt safe. The washing machine does not work and frankly smelled like it hadn’t been used in quite some time. However the little laundromat a few steps away was very handy.

Overall good experience

Good experience. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equiped. So, the negatives: The bathroom's door does not really close, we dealt with that, but this is to mention. The shower is so tiny that it's almost impossible to not turn off or change the water heat while showering. Positives: Kitchen well equiped Place next to the metro The beds were comfortable, and you sleep well, it's a quiet place far from the street traffic The private residence makes you feel safe. At the end, yes I will considere this studio for next trips to Paris

Wir haben eine angenehme Unterkunft und einen netten Vermieter vorgefunden.Super war die Nähe zur Metrostation, zu preiswerter und von einheimischen genutzter Gastronomie und zum Bois de Vincennes.Wir hatten gute Matrazen und erholsame Nächte. Ein toller Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Naktsmītni izmantoju es un mans vīrs, un mums tur bija viss nepieciešamais. Atsaucīgs saimnieks, novērtējām, ka ņēmis vērā dažus kritiskos izteikumus agrākajos vērtējumos, un rezultātā nelielās telpas kļuvušas nedaudz plašākas un ērtākas nekā redzams attēlos. Kaut tas pārāk netraucēja, tomēr varētu vēlēties labāku skaņas izolāciju.

Studio assez grand. Bon emplacement pour visiter Paris grâce au métro tout proche, à 150 m sur le boulevard Daumesnil, où l'on trouve tous commerces.
